High quality service
High quality service, efficient, humanising and trustworthy - adding my family member to the membership is the best thing and we are less stressed about having to manage our health with the help of this online service provided by Health Hero - I was able to get a video consultation within 6h of wanting to make an appointment on a Sunday morning - what can I say! Out of hours GP consultation
Website very easy to use. Got an appointment within a few hours of my phone call.Received phone consultation on time. GP listened to my problem and prescribed accordingly. Explained what I needed to do to get the prescription made up.

The service on the GP line at Westfield…
The service on the GP line at Westfield Health is excellent from the initial call when you speak to a kind and efficient receptionist to the contact with a GP. Getting an appointment with my own GP is getting very difficult to I am grateful for this GP line and the GPs who work on it.

Quick appointments with GPs any time of the day
Getting a prompt video/phone call appointment was simple and usually on the same day, sometimes in rare cases it was a next day appointment. The doctors might sometimes run late, but in general the time allocated was good for the duration of the call. Prescriptions are given out not too easily over the phone but possible sometimes, when you show enough evidence you need medication. This app is also good for getting referrals. Overall I'm pretty happy with it so far.

The consultant listened to everything I said and made a decision after in depth chat i felt at ease confident that they generally wanted to help.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I needed at a time that was suitable for me (in evening after work). Got all the help i needed and referral from GP and Customer service through the other channels has been second to none. Very happy all round with the service provided,

Amazing
I rang 111 at 7:00pm, by 8:40pm my daughter had been given an appointment, seen a fantastic doctor who was incredible with her from start to finish, been prescribed antibiotics and picked her antibiotics up.
Couldnt fault the process. Simon, the doctor at telford deserves praise.

It was so easy to book a phone consultation at a time that suited me. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and gave me some good advice for my medical problems as it was 6 weeks before I could get an appointment with my own doctor.
