Having contacted Benenden Health Care over the Easter holiday when it was impossible to contact my own GP I was contacted by Health Hero who arranged a telephone consultation for me. The doctor who called me listened to me and asked questions about the BP readings I had taken and advised me to contact my own GP when they opened again. Thebconsultation put my mind at ease.

Prompt and efficient service.

I tried the service twice because I was having problems trying to get my GP to engage with the symptoms that I have had for 6 months but all the 2 Doctors wanted to do was write to my GP which was totally pointless, no help at all
