The recently helped me purchase my new Home , They made the whole process very simple and let me know what was happening all the way through to completion. Very nice and pleasant people to deal with helpful all the way , I would definitely recommend them.

I used Daniel as i was recommended him by a friend that had used them for his new purchase, it was relatively easy from start to finish, 3 months total.

I will say that some things i didn't understand i just went it to the shop and they went through it with me and printed templates off for things i needed to do etc so that was brilliant...

Also i was chasing nearly each day as i was under pressure to leave my rented house and Daniel did everything he could and didn't fob me off for chasing most days he just chased above him and eventually made things happen...

The only thing that was annoying is that we didn't know how many was in the chain for basically 10 weeks which was annoying because if there was 12 for example we would have been waiting considerably longer to get the house so having that information would have been ideal to give me a good idea of timescale but to be honest it all worked out in the end so thats why that's not been a big factor in this review.

Overall great company and i was treated very well and professionally...

Believe it of not in the chain of 4 i was the 1st to complete because Daniel had got it done at 1st opportunity.

We have used Heseltine Bray & Welsh for 2 of our property sales in the last 12 months, and could not be happier with the service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel who could not have done more for us throughout both sales.

One of the properties we were selling was an apartment handed down to us after my grandma passed away. During a very stressful time, we then had a dreadful experience through another solicitors recommended by the estate agent at the time which was so bad it caused the sale to fall through - and they didn't care less. We were then recommended Daniel by a friend, and having him on board afterwards was immediately a huge sigh of relief.

We came across a few stumbling blocks during the sales from other external companies (block management sales packs, ground rent issues etc.) but nothing was an issue for Daniel. He was so incredibly reassuring throughout, and managed to resolve everything in such a timely manner. Emails were replied to within an hour, everything was chased daily without us having to prompt it and the whole process was so well handled. Daniel puts so much attention into everything he does that he makes you feel like you're his only customer, and nothing is a problem for him.

I cannot recommend Daniel and the whole team at Heseltine Bray & Welsh enough. We run a family letting agency and recommend them every time to landlords looking to sell now.
