We have just completed on what turned out to be a slightly more complicated house move than we thought. It was a good job we had Helena working on our behalf as she negotiated any problems that cropped up from the chain below and was just overall amazing and made us feel so confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. Absolutely amazing service! I can't recommend them highly enough. The customer care was second to none and we were provided an overall feeling that we were in safe hands whilst buying our first home every step of the way.

Daniel was fantastic at handling my sale/purchase. Kept me informed at every step and, more importantly to me, was extremely friendly and reliable. He even answered an email I sent on a Sunday evening immediately, settling a concern that would have meant a sleepless night. 5 stars all-round and will definitely use again.

I recently sold my house using HB&W, i have used this firm for over 20 years on various house sales/purchases and the odd legal advice the service has always been excellent (i have always dealt with Alistair Heseltine through the years)
on this particular occasion i have been dealing with Helena and i was so glad to see standards haven't drop, the service has been excellent throughout and responses very prompt, Helena also managed to push the sale through to meet my very tight schedule (ie beat the budget)
i have also been updating my Will through the same period this time dealing with David, again same excellent service and advice delivered speedily.
