Complete crap. Website says 2 business days delivery is standard. I ordered on 21 December and they didn't even get it to the courier until 31 December. As of 6 January it still hasn't arrived, and when I contacted them they just told me it wasn't their responsibility. No apology, no nothing. Don't order from them if you actually want your stuff to get there.

You do not get what you order and the company holds no accountability for substituting wicker baskets for paper and top range wines for bottles of malibu!!!!

In my experience, the substitution items that were delivered are no where near or alike. They look very cheap and not worth $200. The live flowers were delivered in a closed box - 1 week later. No refund for the delivery fee. Terrible customer service email exchange that skirted around the issues and a frustrating experience overall. In my opinion - All their policies are not in the customer's best interests. Every bad scenario is listed with a reason or policy that prevents the customer from fighting for whats right, to remedy the issue. I will never ever order from this company again.

Failed to deliver a holiday gift to a key client two times. Disappointing and frustrating experience in every way, including the correspondence with Customer Service. Do not order from this company!
After seeing the Hazelton's reply below, it's even more frustrating as the company has my order information and I had been corresponding with Customer Service. Who am I going to reach out to? The same Customer Service rep who always responds and didn't solve the problem?

Basket was late and moldy. Apparently the date on the receipt is not the expected date, therefore our gift showed up 3 days late. Once it sett, there was moldy fruit. They only offered to refund 1 orange. Ridiculous!

Response to company’s reply…*Have reached out to customer service already by phone and email. No one called me back after I left a message, and currently my emails are being ignored.* Baskets contains food products, and has potentially been sitting at the depot since the 23rd. Is this food safe?? Is serving this still legal for a ‘food service’ company? I want a full refund, anything less at this time is unacceptable. I am close to calling my credit card company and refuting this charge.
I can honestly say that the ‘trust’ has been severely and irreversibly broken with this company. I placed my order on December 19th, with a confirmation email promising a 2 business day delivery. Well…it is now December 30th, and there has been no delivery, no actual updates on the tracking number, no communications from the company, and definitely no one at their customer support who has any idea as to when I can expect the delivery to actually occur. WOW! I thought that this was a professional service. Was I ever wrong!!! What a waste of time and money. I will NEVER order from this company again. I am deeply disappointed. And I am becoming more convinced that my expensive order will never actually arrive to its destination. What a scam!! Also… I tried to post this review to their actual website, and was not able to do so… big surprise. Clearly, the company doesn’t want any honest reviews posted.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced... And I buy A LOT! The so called CS manager, was unprofessional, inept and downright UNHELPFUL!
And to top it off the package arrived DAMAGED AND CRUSHED!
Not only will I never do business again with this firm, I will make sure my enormous circle of friends and family do noT either.

First time customer - despite paying for next day delivery for a Christmas hamper, it failed to be delivered before Christmas. When I contacted them, not even an apology but excuses citing the increased demand! By this time, there was no time to arrange an alternative.
If you are having challenges with delivery, why continue to advertise next day delivery before Christmas!

6 days late and left out in the snow.
Order was meant to be delivered on 21 December, eventually delivered on 27th. It didn't even ship till the 23rd. On contacting "Customer Support" they simply ignored the missed delivery date, or the fact it was meant to show up before Christmas. The recipients were away after Christmas, which is why I had requested delivery by 21st. Knowing there's no one to receive it (mentioned several times in emails) they responded with: "notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the items for our review. This will allow us to assess the matter and assist you accordingly." I did send them a picture of the box in the snow (sent by the delivery company), which they're ignoring.
Should have checked these reviews first, before using this company. Hope this will help others avoid Hazelton's.
