Instead, they made it super complex and their websites sends me in circles asking for information. I cannot reach a human being on the phone, only an AI bot who repeats herself and says no representative is available and she doesn't know when a representative would be available. I want my money back!

This is honestly the worst company I have ever worked with. They don't answer in a timely manner. Charge WAY too much for their services. And when I asked them to file exemptions for our charitable registrations, they didn't do anything. We are leaving this company as soon as I find a replacement.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Harbor Compliance, headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
I retained Harbor Compliance to serve as the registered agent for my Maryland LLC. I paid all required service fees in good faith, as well as the necessary state filing fees. However, my LLC formation remains unapproved due to issues related to the registered agent documentation that Harbor Compliance was responsible for handling.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. As a small business owner attempting to lawfully establish a cottage industry business and protect my family’s personal assets, this delay has caused both financial and operational harm.
I am requesting that your office review this matter and advise whether Harbor Compliance is meeting its obligations to customers who rely on its registered agent services.
I am prepared to provide copies of invoices, correspondence attempts, and state filing records upon request.

I cancelled my services with them in July they received a summons for my business in August and accepted the summons. I NEVER RECEIVED IT , because I did not have an online account set up. THEY SENT AN EMAIL TO MY BUSINESS ADDRESS. I NOW AM FIGHTING THE JUDGMENT IN COURT. They accepted my cancellation but did not cancel the services and accepted a document no companies behalf, that I had pay the fee to actually see after the judgment. It took 5 phone calls to find out who they actually are and who accepted the summons. DO NOT USE THEM. FIND AN ACTUAL AGENCY WITH PEOPLE YOU CAN TALK TO WHO DO NOT JUST PASS THE BUCK WHEN LEGAL ISSUES ARISE. THIS IS VERY POOR AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE!!

Do not believe their marketing regarding contract flexibility! I followed their official cancellation process, submitting my request and all required documentation a month in advance of the renewal date. Despite several follow-up attempts, my request was ignored. The level of intentional friction and poor communication makes it seem as though the company aims to trap customers into automatic renewals. I am thoroughly disgusted.

Called. Someone took the call only to take notes and then told me someone would get back to me in 24 hours. I got an email that did NOT answer my questions. Last thing you want with a registered agent is no one to answer the phone and then to waste your time taking the call and all the questions for them to email back nothing in which you asked about! I went with Bizee they answered the phone and the questions.

I signed into Registered agents inc thinking is was a local company because it had a local phone number and a physical address. At some point my account was taken by Harbor Compliance, fast forward 5 years letter my company gets a court summons, someone in the physical office signed for it and uploaded to a portal that I have never used and NO ONE CALLED OR MAILED THE PHYSICAL SUMMONS. I ENDED UP WITH A JUDGMENT AND NOW MY LAWYER IS TRYING TO FIGHT IT. IF YOU CANNOT EMAIL A SUMMONS THEN THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO JUST SEND A NOTIFICATION IN AN EMAIL. THIS IS DISGUSTING WHEN THERE ARE LEGAL ISSUES AT STAKE!

Gabrielle, our Customer Success Manager, has been fantastic to work with! She answers questions promptly, clearly has much knowledge and is able to explain how things work, and has a great customer service attitude.
I have struggled with finding info and understanding how it is laid out in the portal at times, but she has been great about taking care of us. General customer service have been fairly prompt with call backs, although some times it takes a bit longer to get things resolved that way.

Kelly Myers was a great partner and took care of our account, kept us up to date and had a very quick response time! She's moved to a new role and if still available when I reach out and goes above and beyond.
The customer portal is lacking, I never have anything attached to be able to see permits or status. I have to reach out a lot and response time can be slow, especially if something is urgent or past due.

When I first came onboard with Labyrinth I did not have a Customer Success Manager. This made things hard. I requested a different manager and now I am with Gabrielle. This has made my experience fantastic because someone I can rely to communicate and answer questions. The Customer Success Manager is a make or break on my opinion.
