incorp are the best at what they do in my opinion. service is great and price is very competitive. you have helped me with everything and i'm very grateful.

WARNING TO BUSINESS OWNERS CONSIDERING INCORP

This is a warning to entrepreneurs and business owners considering InCorp for Registered Agent service, LLC support, compliance, or business formation services.

I paid $184 for InCorp’s Registered Agent service and later determined that it was not right for my business needs. I requested cancellation and a full refund.

Instead of returning the full amount, InCorp offered only a partial refund/credit arrangement, with $129 kept as account credit that I did not ask for and do not want.

After I posted a Google review about this experience, InCorp publicly responded by saying they were “always open to reviewing individual situations,” invited me to contact them so “a supervisor can review your account and the timeline of events once more,” and said they wanted to “work toward the fairest possible resolution.”

I did exactly what they publicly asked me to do.

My assistant contacted InCorp directly, referenced their public response, provided the order details, and requested the supervisor review they invited.

The private response was a final denial.

InCorp’s Senior Business Consultant wrote that “a full refund will not be approved” and “This determination is final.” Their email also stated that the service was non-refundable, that they considered the service valid for its intended legal purpose, and that the remaining balance would stay available as account credit.

That is the issue other business owners should understand: publicly, InCorp presented itself as open to review and willing to work toward a fair resolution. Privately, after I followed their instructions, they denied the refund again and called the matter final.

Their denial focused on whether their address legally prevented them from acting as Registered Agent. That misses my point. I wanted to cancel because the service was not suitable for my business needs, and I wanted the money returned to my original payment method, not converted into account credit.

For a company built around registered agent services, business compliance, LLC services, and business formation, trust and transparency matter. Based on my experience, I do not feel InCorp handled this in a fair or customer-focused way.

InCorp’s public response later disappeared from public view, but I saved screenshots and received the Google notification confirming they had responded.

I am also considering formal complaints with the BBB and appropriate consumer protection channels.

I am still seeking a full refund of the $184 to my original payment method. Business owners should be very careful before handing this company their money.

Very nice people to deal with, always guiding me through the steps and have never made me feel silly when asking random questions. Customer suppot is truly supportive and for this, I give five stars.

Company is a total scam. Billed me for three years without doing making the annual filings. When i complained they claimed to have called me once several years ago. What a rip off.

The follow-up below is total disingenuous. I called this company and asked for their assistance remedying the issue. They attempted to extort an additional $150 fee for their assistance in making the delinquent filing in addition to the late fees charged by the state. These people are totally unethical. Beware.

I was putting off setting up a LLC, I was a sole proprietor up until a few months ago! I gave incorp a call and they rest my mind, the entire process was a doddle and I'd highly recommend anyone, if you haven't taken that leap from sole proprietor to an actual LLC, do it now!

I had to change my registered agent as my previous one was shockingly unreliable, I found incorp online and gave them a call, a very knowledgable person on the other side of the call, walked me through the process and I've not looked back.. thanks guys..

Tons of information on incorp very well put together and I learned alot just from reading the difference betwen a C corp and a S corp, this information is priceless and I'm glad I took the time to read the differences as this made it far easier to understand what I wanted to do. thank you.

They lure you in with nice customer service but then continue to bill you after terminating services as well as trying to charge you for cancelling their service. Buyer beware. They are still trying to bill me 2 years after termination. I hope this helps you and lets you avoid dealing with shady companies such as this one.

This service is like the Hotel California. You can subscribe but they make cancelling very, very difficult. I have tried for years to cancel but they come up with complicated rules that are impossible to implement with the Government of Texas. So the bills keep coming for a service that isn't used. They have dozens of complaints on the Las Vegas BBB. Buyer Beware of these long-term crooks.

Their platform made setting up my business effortless. InCorp took care of my LLC paperwork and mail service, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Definitely a five-star service!
