The response was totally unacceptable.However, I was just pleased to see the back of CSC , so took my complaint no further as it was clear that there was no ability to take responsibility.

Spam -- they sent me an email with my registration details out of the blue, I've never requested that

Zero stars I’d I could they keep billing me and renewing the chale even tho I never used them they are not my agent for service nor will they ever be. Their email doesn’t exist they are a scam don’t pay them a cent

Horrible way of doing business. Do not use them.

Although their payroll employees are great ( Søren and Elise ), the communication that they in general have is below par ( mildly said )
Services according contract with a fix fee are useless, as they in the fine print find ways to charge hourly fees anyway.
Our company is a one man shop in Denmark, with only payroll required, even though they still would find ways to charge EUR 4500,- for 2024, on top of the over 8000 EUR they already charged ( for running a payroll every month.

Gave them 1 star because they don't have negative numbers. As per their request, I sent them amendment documents for one of my clients. Contacted them several times as to why this wasn't done. So apparently, they were unsure what I needed them to do with the paperwork. I did exactly what they asked for, explained it all in the email, and submitted the paperwork. Steer clear of this place. Telling my client to move back to our previous company. Crazy that no one thought to call me and ask if they had a question or speak with me when I called or emailed them.

The customer service agents are clueless, impossible to get a hold of, and often rude. I felt that I had zero support bringing our firm's 12 entities up to date. The amount of time (6 months!) and energy I put into straightening out our portfolio, they should be paying me! I'm looking to change to a new registered agent ASAP. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

The drivers Martin624&Rice294 were very polite and friendly. They explained how to take the sides out if I need it. They left everything as they should. they rang me 1 hour before to make sure that someone was at the property.

A simple awful service that provides nothing. However, they are really good at providing bills and threating litigation. Took a long time to fire them. But thankfully, it is done for our 7 entities.

We inherited a company which used CSC Global for services including registered agent. They were over charging for everything and we decided to strip out all services except for registered agent. They started soliciting other services like annual report filings which we did not ask for. They kept requesting for information and have this note below. I would like to report to BBB or something if they do not stop the predatory marketing. Please DO NOT use them.

"In the event the requested information is not received, a fee may be assessed for our efforts."

Never use this company. Once you sign with them you can never get out. They will never let you out unless you prove you have another registered address or have closed the business, so you can not 'choose' to not work with them. Total scam. Never use them.

They have made the online account management through Incorporate.com unbearably difficult and despite having payment method on file, they are regularly hampering me to re-enter my payment details manually for each service I'm enrolled in. I hired them to handle it, gave them payment information so I can focus on my business, and suddenly everything they do requires my attention.
I've been with them since 2015 and am disgusted by the level of service it's fallen to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Avoid / complete waste of money. They charge $1000+ a year and can’t even email me or get my address right. Go with any of the modern companies out there for easier/more transparent process.

Keep looking for another agency. These folks are expensive and nonresponsive.

We have been asking them to change our address and officers since 2020. Still not done. They want to charge me $3200 to make the changes. What services do the annual fee cover, that I pay every year???

During Covid someone with stolen identity information was successfully able to take out a SBA Disaster Assistance Loan on my company facilitated by CSC. I know that things with the government and Covid made loans fast and loose, but based on the filing information I was able to obtain, someone with half a brain should have determined that the application was fraudulent and stopped the loan from happening. Now I am stuck trying to get things sorted out with the SBA and my state UCC office. I would never do business with a company such as this one as their agents may not possess the brainpower required to actually help real customers, only criminals.

Well, I put in a help request over two months ago. The reps go weeks between responding. It shouldn't be this hard to get a record updated. Still waiting for a simple request to be fulfilled.

BIGGEST LYING CROOKS!!! If you go on to their site and speak to their representatives they tell you that they form your S-Corp. You may not realize that they never file the form 2553 on your behalf and then tell you, that it is your responsibility even though they charge you for the service!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

We've been a client of the CSC for several years now and have not had many issues --- until this past year. Our rep was (and remains) extremely unhelpful and unresponsive when it comes to filing documentation / addressing invoice issues.

In time, a startup will eat up their market share stricly on (1) more fluid filings and / or (2) superior customer service.

My two cents, steer clear of them if you can!!

My company used CSC Global. They were terrible. I never knew if they would get things filed and I could not reach customer service. Then this marketing guy Matthew Hannagan called me to presumably help me. He tried and even tried to sell me more services but at the end of the day they never delivered. I canceled my contract and was told that they will refund the unused amounts and every week I write them but they are ignoring me . Unfortunately I will have to sue the to recover my money. They are terrible. Go to Northwest registered agent where I move to. They are excellent and took care of everything. I have nothing to do with them but am appreciative that they handled my filings. As for CSC rating them 1 of 5 is way too high. Stay away.
