Great product and very fast free delivery

I have just received my beautiful Victorian lamp shade. It reached me less than 24 after I ordered it. I've no idea why there's bad reviews, I will use this company again and would highly recommend.

brought on B&Q site as a trusted seller, due to a problem with Royal Mail I had to re-order but they arrived 2nd time, all perfect,

Hi Emma,

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration caused here.

I’ve looked into this order and can confirm it was dispatched on time on 5th February. Unfortunately, there was a delay within the Royal Mail network, which meant the tracking did not update for some time. The parcel was later scanned and successfully delivered to your chosen B&Q store on 19th February.

As the delivery exceeded the expected timeframe, the marketplace processed an automatic refund, which is outside of our control as the seller.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when tracking doesn’t update, and we’re very sorry for the experience this has caused. As we weren’t made aware of the delay, we didn’t have the opportunity to investigate sooner.

This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I order a bathroom light fitting which stopped working in less than a month. I contacted the support team via email with pictures and an explanation of the issue and have followed up again without any reply or acknowledgement. I have now paid for an electrician twice to fit two different light fittings leaving me significantly out of pocket due to this company's defective product and the poor customer service is staggering!

Please note that the reply below is untruthful. I replied to their email on 20th January at 08:41 with images of the fitting and another explanation of my issue. I also followed up again on 23rd January at 15:40 asking for an update and have yet to receive a reply or an acknowledgement.

I ordered a pendant light and fitting from this Company - such a lovely company to deal with which was a very pleasant surprise after my recent dealings with online orders....my pendant light came super quick well packaged and at great price..!
I will be ordering again in the near future.

I was surprised at how good my item was…

I was surprised at how good my item was for the price. Bought my mum the emerald glass table lamp and she’s over the moon with it. I had an issue with my card payment (my fault not theirs) and the guys at happy homewares we super helpful. Overall very pleased and will be back next time I’m in the market for a lamp. Thanks

Excellent service and great quality!

I ordered a 12-inch lampshade and was really impressed by how quickly it arrived – it was delivered next day. The quality of the shade itself was even better than I expected. It looks perfect in my living room. Would definitely order from this company again and highly recommend them!

Shocking.

Shocking.
Wrong order sent for 3 of the same item instead sent something completely different, u can't speak to anyone on the phone you have to go through email which takes days to get bk to u to be told to return the item which was there fault, I am now left with an invoice from the electrician for wasting his time because of these people, I don't get how they could get it wrong, what type of company has no phone line to talk to someone, absolute joke, been told it won't get rectified till the have the item they sent bk, we'll I have news for u I have no car and live no where near a post office, you really need to sort your company out. Disgusting business behaviour.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. While picking errors are rare, they can happen, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the added inconvenience of booking an electrician. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Like many online retailers, we do ask for incorrect items to be returned, but we completely understand that this is not always straightforward. We are more than happy to help with this, and in most cases, we can issue a replacement as soon as we receive proof of return postage, so you do not need to wait for the item to reach us first.

Although we do not currently offer phone support, our small customer care team works hard to respond to all emails as quickly and helpfully as possible. We always aim to resolve any issues fairly and without unnecessary delay.

Sent wrong order

No problem ordering and item arrived promptly, only to find the completely wrong item sent! This was ordered as I needed it promptly so then I had no gift to give. No contact number only email to get in touch and an answer took a day or so. I had to reorder item so I could get quickly to give friend and I got no help from Happy Homeware, just a return label for wrong item
Maybe this is why there is no contact number as furious unhappy customers

Shocked that there was 0 reviews

I have made two separate purchases and on both occasions I have found Happy Homewares a company you can rely on.
The service has been exceptional.
From the time l placed my order l am informed and my item delivered within 2 days.
There is also many different modes of payment accepted which makes it budget friendly.
I purchased a pink feathered ceiling light shade which was absolutely beautiful.
I then spotted the matching lamp which l just had to have.
I received so many compliments on them.
Happy Homewares sells under B&Q and Amazon and other companies but if you buy directly you save money.
Very happy customer and very satisfied with my whole shopping experience.
