My glasses were bent on my flight over…
My glasses were bent on my flight over to the UK . I had to wear them looking like a drunken sailor. I walked into the shop and the two women there could not have been more kind helpful and calm assisting me. I don’t want this to create to run on the bank, but when they fixed the arm of my glasses, they also would not take any compensation.
While they were assisting me, I had a chance to look at their inventory of glasses and they have a terrific range . Had I been staying in the UK with my prescription, I would’ve bought some from them. Can’t recommend this shop enough. We should all give our business to people who are kind, caring, and excellent at what they do.

Lovely experiences
I’d like to praise the staff at Haine & Smith. They were friendly and patient, and quickly helped fix my glasses’ nose pads free of charge. After that, they carefully adjusted the position of the nose pads to suit my needs perfectly.

Eye exams for adults and children
Had eye exams for the family at the Faringdon branch. Was easy to schedule and the staff was very nice. They did a bunch of assessments such as a photo, looking at shape with the air burst, reading letters, colours, 3D, etc. They were very patient with little kids also. Recommend this branch.

I popped into the Calne branch to be a be cheeky and ask whether i could have the arms on the glasses I already owned re shaped to fit better. The two ladies in there were amazing and so friendly. Made me aware that I was doing it at my own risk, which was no problem at all. Did a wonderful job and my glasses no longer threaten to fall off my face!
