I brought in a pair of Oakley sunglasses where the screw had come out and was lost
The lady went out of her way to find something to mend them for me couldn't of been more helpful

Haine and Smith Cirencester have been so helpful and accommodating to me when coming back to them. They are always so friendly and know exactly how to help, highly recommend!

Malmesbury Branch has Amazing staff - popped in to ask if they could put a replacement screw into my glasses after the lens fell out - they completely fixed my glasses and tightened up all the other screws which had become loose. then offered to tighten up my spare glasses - I am so grateful for their help at the Malmesbury High St branch team today

just 10/10 experience every time. staff are wonderful, customers are lovely, everyone is so friendly and happy to be here. hell yeah 😍 love you all xx

It is easy to forget these days how important it is to have fantastic shops and services on the high street, and this is especially true of having a fab opticians! I had been finding that annoyance of sunglasses that had stretched over time and were constantly slipping down my nose. I popped into Haines and Smith of Tetbury and the team couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. For 2 pairs of sunglasses they tightened up and reshaped the arms for a snugger fit and even gave them a clean for me! All of this was a complimentary service and why it's important to support local businesses. Many thanks!

I visited the Trowbridge branch this afternoon and I was given the best customer service by Chloe and Kerry! Honestly, I don't often leave reviews but their knowledge and support meant that I left as a happy customer!

I rushed into the Corsham branch of Haine and Smith when the arm had broken off my glasses shortly before I had to leave for Wales. The staff were calm, kind and professional and quickly repaired my glasses.

Haine & Smith Opticians in Calne is a gem. Service is always professional and friendly. Parveet tested my eyes, she was fabulous. Professional, courteous, instills confidence and sorted what has been a problem for me for a while.

Friendly and accommodating help

Thank you to Melksham branch for replacing silicone pads this morning, and free of charge. So much more helpful than the Melksham Specsavers who refused help as the glasses were not purchased there and couldn't guarantee them? I wasn't expecting guarantees just some help. In light of my experience this morning, I would consider visiting your branch again for my next eye test as your customer service was so good.

I was told i couldn’t get my glasses adjusted at a competitor down the road, walked into haine & smith as i walked past, wonderful lady at the counter adjusted my glasses no problems, very friendly absolutely made my day
