I have a painful blood disorder and my pain medication causes constant itching. The condition makes my skin very fragile and thin, and being itchy all the time has left me with a lot of scarring and bleeding from all the scratching. My doctor suggested the Scratch Star to me after hearing it from another patient, and it's been a game changer. I am no longer breaking my skin and shredding my legs and arms because the surface of the device is gentle but still takes care of the itching just as well as my nails would. I'm no longer at risk of skin infections, and I'm less self conscious about my looks because my skin is not constantly covered in scabs anymore. I am truly so grateful that this product exists, because for over ten years I have been longing for a solution like this. It is good quality and worth the price. If you are on the fence I would go for it!

Products itself were disappointing. Left my eczema family quite frustrated. Feels nothing like fingernails as claimed. Just metal rounded fat bumps rubbing, not scratching. Infact one of the devices left bruises on one of the kids shins because of the design. The rollerball does what was advertised, but the scratchers are far from scratchers. The site and shipping were great though. Just disappointing that the products felt like false advertising with the specific ‘scratching’ claims and ‘feels like fingernails’ description. Wish I never spent the money.

After buying cosy care roller couple weeks ago i was delighted with results. i bought finger scratchy system last week for between my finger it's amazing.my eczema used to break out between my fingers.after using finger scratcher no more breakouts iv had eczema for over 50 years.cosy care products is only thing thats helped the itch.i would highly recommend to anyone who suffers from eczema.

I’ve been using the scratch star and roller for a while but just purchased the bumpy ball and spray for relief on the go. I’m a lifelong eczema sufferer so these are helping me to break the cycle and practice safe scratching

I have had this for about 2 weeks. The delivery was amazing and came quickly. The product itself is okay. It stays cold and is a good idea and I have had some relief from it however I feel it still doesn't quite hit that spot when needing to scratch and have resulted to using my fingernails or something else when the itch is just unbearable. Considering the price it's not that effective and has still broken skin in some places. I have suffered with extreme eczema my whole life and this device just isn't life changing. I will still try to use this product and maybe get use to it but for me it's not the one.

My kiddo has bad eczema she scratches a lot leaving marks on her skin that I'm worried will turn into scars. I got this for her to put in Easter basket she loves it. She said it is smooth but feels just like her fingernails scratching. I am so happy to have found this item.

My partner has severe psoriasis and has undergone many immunosuppressing injections and tried many a cream. Obviously the scratch star did not cure him, but it provided much needed relief where itching himself would cause skin breakage and occasionally infection. The material of the scratch star is metallic which cools the skin and the shape was easy to manage. His skin cracks and causes pain but the scratch star was able to scratch the itch without causing damage. He said it was the most thoughtful present and although it isn't the cheapest product, it was very much worth it.

I recently received the scratch tool from Cosi-Care and it’s fantastic! The team showed so much compassion and care—they’re friendly, provide great customer service, and delivery was really quick. The product itself is very well made and helps relieve itching safely without breaking the skin, which really aids healing. I’ve been using the smooth roller ball, and it works really well—bigger than I expected and perfect for flare-ups or that burning/itchy feeling on my skin. The cooling ball is amazing, and I don’t even keep it in the fridge because I like easy access, but it still stays cool. The only thing I’d say is it can be a bit expensive, but if it works, it’s really useful. I’d highly recommend it and would love to try their other products!

The blue lagoon starfish is without doubt a beautiful product that changes lives. After 2 years of extreme exema pain in my husband hands this product has relieved him of the uncontrollably intense itching.
As a tree surgeon is hands is his life, working with them every day. So to experience endless pain with exema has been heartbreaking to watch.
We tried creams often expensive promising relief but to no avail. We tried soft gloves and pain relief but nothing that lasted or took away that desire to Itch. But the lagoon starfish changed all that. Allowing the Itch to happen but with comfort and relief. Allowing the skin to heal even within 24 hours that process began. We still have a journey of healing ahead of us but for the first time in a while we are full of joy with the change in Daddy regarding his painful hands.

I purchased the complete system hoping for some much desired relief from eczema, especially on my hands where it’s the worst. Like a lot of people dealing with chronic skin issues, I was willing to invest in something that actually worked—it is a product worth trying!

The scratch star works well for itching legs, and the scratch attack roller certainly provides some soothing qualities. The finger scratch system, I think would work better if it was even bumpier to get that good scratch feeling in, but it is nice to keep in your pocket (it's small enough) so it's handy!

The customer service team is stellar! They are very kind and helpful when I had an ordering issue before receiving the products. They were genuinely great to work with, and even reached out once I had received my products to my find out if they could help me in any way. A great company to work with!

Im new to psoriasis and was literally shredding my skin of all day and night. Led to bleeding and infections until i brought myself the star product. When I say this product changed my life in a matter of a second I’m not being dramatic.

No more bleeding. No more infections. It feels FANTASTIC with my cream on there too and definitely it being left in the fridge. I cannot fault this product nor company. This product has changed my life for the better and for my skin’s future.

Amazing customer service and very fast delivery. Day 1 with the scratcher and my toddler has had so much relief already. So comforting knowing I’m not doing him further harm by scratching. 100% recommend- if you’re on the fence like I was just do it you won’t regret it!

Was hesitant to order because it was pricy, but ordered the finger scratcher system to see if it really did provide relief for my eczema flareups on my fingers and knuckles and I was blown away by it! It worked so well and was so soothing that I quickly ordered the star scratcher to use on my arms and legs. It’s a pricy investment but well worth it for the relief it offers.So happy to have something that soothes and provides relief that isn’t harmful chemicals and doesn’t irritate the skin. Love my Cosi scratchers.

I've had eczema for the majority of my life and it's always gone though phases of being bad and worse but it's never been as good as it has whilst I've been using these products.
I recommend them to anyone who mentions to me that they have eczema.
I've been using them for around two years so far but if only they would have been around for longer I'd have saved a massive amount on trying out so many other things to see if they help.
You're paying for a quality item, whichever one you get and to be honest, I'd rather spend a little more on something that has actually helped me than all the money I've spent before on products that haven't done much.

Fabulous product. Eczema sufferer since birth, and current stage is itchy skin all the time especially at night. The scratch star is a brilliant product for either cooling the skin or scratching. I also have the puffer itch roller and bumpy ball which great for popping in hand bag and good for eye area and face.
It took me a good 6 months trying to make a decision to buy this and I am so glad I did. It doesn’t cure eczema but is great to limit damage and for itch relief. Well done cosi care.

My order got delayed due to the US government shutdown a while back. When it happened, many products, including CosiCare items were unable to be processed and took months passed the expected delivery time.

CosiCare consistent kept me updated and had a team member keep us aware of where my order was and why it wasn’t delivered yet. They were quick to respond to questions. Their customer service is exceptional!

Even better is there products. I suffer from moderate eczema that has left me uncomfortable and insecure. I bought the CosiCare Scratch Star and love it. It really helps with reducing the itching sensation and helped me curve my bad habit. Now my eczema is much more manageable and I use my star to help apply lotion.

Roller, mini roller and scratch star users here!
Our household have been CosiCare customers for 4 years this year and the original scratch star and large roller that I bought are still in excellent condition and regularly used by me and my children (4 and 6yo). The addition of the mini rollers were a perfect 'on the go' addition to our CosiCare products last year!
I still regularly recommend these products to friends with children with eczema/allergies.
I love that despite growing as a company the customer service service still feels personal and the products are designed for an often overlooked patient group!
