I recently used Habito for my remortgage - it has made everything stress-free and saved me a lot of time looking through different lender rates. Jo has been so helpful, especially as I wanted to explore multiple different options and had lots of questions!

I recently used Habito to buy my first home from securing a mortgage to dealing with the legal aspects of conveyancing via their 3rd party partner.

My mortgage advisor Sophie L from Habito was brilliant, she was always quick to respond, explained everything really well and applied no pressure on any decisions I needed to make.

I ended up opting for Habito plus which is like a all in one home buying service Habito offer and it was worth it as it took all the pain out of the administration and I was kept well informed throughout and they organise everything for you.

I would definitely use them again.

We really found the process of dealing with Habito very easy and straightforward. The data capture was simple and helped along by Lily who assisted us to find the best rates for our BTL remortgage and support with reviewing our application.

Habito are revolutionising what has previously been a clunky and painful process. I was kept constantly updated, their portal is great and Jo and her team chased my mortgage through to offer when there were delays at the valuer's end. They also nudged me to apply for a mortgage they had found for me as advised me that rates were about to jump up. I'm so glad they did and grateful for their support as my mortgage would have been a lot higher without them.

We've recently completed our remortgage with Habito and from start to end we have been really well taken care of.

We were reached out to proactively by our mortgage advisor Antra Ektermane and she was really quick and getting us what the best rates were and getting our application sorted in no time. It was quick, easy and effortless. She also proactively checked on the current rates and got one of our applications rate switched to a lower interest rate as well

During this process we were also reached out to by Hayley Seabourne our protection expert. She was really friendly to chat to over the phone and helped to reassure me that we were on the best rates as well. She actually managed to get us to stay on our current plan but get it slightly cheaper with the additional benefit of income protection being added in!

Overall I'm really pleased that we chose Habito from the beginning of buying our first home and I will be looking to continue with them for the foreseeable :)
