Not a site that protects customers from playing games that are not allowed to play with bonus. Very long tedious verification process and loss of winning due to bonus terms and games not blocked from play.

They have a scam welcome bonus…I won 200€ and tried to make a withdrawal and after having a conversation for 5 days about document verification they replied that I broke the wager rule even though the bonus money became real money

Website looks really nice at first, good loading in speed, but after I win against the house on the bonus wagering X5 requirement. I try to withdraw (Had to wait 72 hours for a response about my funds, as none of the customer service had a clue on what to do.) and they claimed ''I broke wagering requirements'' baring in the mind while I was betting the bar was automatically going up and wagered over (1K) . Look. Who ever plays these sites tend to have gambling addiction issues like me. They function for problem gamblers and people who are blocked from lost sites. We are forced to play these sites. On the surface the site seems great, but then when you get into the terms it becomes ridiculous, bonus requirements is the first 90% of the games you can’t play but doesn’t notify when you go on them, it states you can’t use bonus winnings on next games, so I used only microgaming provider, completed the wager requirements which was 750 on a 50 deposit which it’s states on my account as requirements completed, to then spend 3 days trying to verify myself, to then be told my 400 winnings have been confiscated because a microgaming game is on there next list, but the refund my deposit to my gaming account, so try to withdraw that to find in the terms and conditions the min withdrawal is 100 so boom your screwed. I’ve been on lots of gaming sites and never seen so many restrictions on what you can and can’t do.
