I have deposit 130 euro’s by AstroPay. There was a delay in the payment. I regreted becauce of mine gambling problem So i closed mine account and asked for mine money back. I got a e-mail that mine account was closed and i didnt make a deposit. They dont respond too mine e-mails. AstroPay confirmed mine payment.

I have been using this site for a while. Everytime I have made a withdrawal attempt (between 100-500) it takes so long sitting I end up cancelling it and then losing it, therefore re depositing time and time again. Their maximum withdrawal amount is €1000. So when I won over this amount, I put in the request to withdraw €1000. As I have already reached the maximum amount I’ve thought there’s no point cancelling this as I can’t get it up anymore than I can possibly withdraw so I have actually just let it be to see what happens. The withdrawal was approved early hours Friday, and it is now Monday and it still hasn’t been processed. I have been contacting them repeatedly to ask for updates and they just say to be patient they are waiting for the payment provider to process the money. After reading these reviews I am sceptical that I’ll never get my winnings however I do also seem to be the only person who’s managed to wait it out so long that gxmble themselves have given the green light. So far a terrible site as they delay the withdrawal for so long in the hopes that we will give up waiting and cancel the withdrawal. I will come back again to update , I have been told the payment should be processed today, if the money ever gets to my bank I will let you know, until then, don’t use this site, it preys on gambling addicts and will scam you of your winnings.

Deposited and won quite a bit after making CC deposits.

The issue was when I came to withdraw. The request just sat there for days. Finally they got me to verify my docs.

I requested the withdrawal again and it sat there. Then I contacted support and they said I could only withdraw a max of 1000 euros at a time not the 3000 I requested (but you are welcome to deposit more than this!). They don't mention the 1000 limit anywhere? You can actually request more on the withdrawal system? I requested the 1000 withdrawal and again it sat there for days.

In the end I ended up reverse withdrawing and lost it. My fault but they know what they are doing.

Also bonus restrictions are terrible. Max 2 euro bet and you are not allowed to use one most of the slots, but they don't publish a list of slots you can use! So basically they can void the winnings if they want.

Far better casinos out there that make the withdrawal process a much smoother experience.
