I strongly advise everyone to avoid this casino. I won about 500€, but after days of waiting they refused my withdrawal and confiscated all my winnings, citing bonus rules that were never clearly visible when I accepted the offer. Now I son't seem to be able even to withdraw the initial deposit. What a joke this place. I

J’ai joué sur Gxmble en toute légalité, avec un compte vérifié via une pièce d’identité française. J’ai obtenu un statut VIP, un gestionnaire dédié, et effectué un premier retrait de 2 000 € sans aucun souci.

Après avoir déposé 6 000 €, mon solde est monté à 9 900 € grâce à mes gains. J’ai demandé un retrait de 1 000 €… et là, tout a basculé.

➡️ Compte clôturé sans préavis,

Waar ik al bang voor was, gedoe met withdraw. Netjes mail ontvangen dat de documenten niet werden goedgekeurd, opnieuw verzonden. Daarna geen reactie. Bij chat weer te horen dat er documenten missen en daarna dat het druk is. Ik zal review aanpassen als ik hopelijk mijn geld krijg want verder is het wel een leuk casino met grote inschrijfbonus en snelle chat. Maar daar heb je natuurlijk niks aan als het een scam blijkt . Update 12 mei, documenten approved. Uitbetaling gebeurt niet in de weekenden, incasseren wel. Hopelijk binnen 36 uur is nu het antwoord. Update, bericht van agent, withdraw declined omdat ik een spel uit de lijst heb gespeeld. Handig om die spellen dan te blokkeren. Mijn deposit terug gekregen. Echter net tijdens een big win met energy coins ging scherm op zwart en daarna dus niet meer gekregen.

Update: na 72 uur was het er dan eindelijk. 5% wagering rondgespeeld, bonus na bonus gehit met bonusgeld. Zodra geld vrijkwam en bonus wagering voltooid, geen enkele bonus meer kunnen hitten (ruim €80 in 0,10-0,20 spins).

Ook vreemd: volgens payment provider zou mijn deposit voor 'Seven Casino' binnen zijn. Wat dus Gxmble moest zijn. Klopt niet he? Denk dat t scam is, geklaagd en account gelijk laten sluiten. Is gesloten zonder enige reactie terug :)
