I just bought a pair and didn't like the fit. I told customer service that I wanted to return them. Their return policy is a no-return policy. They said I can return them to an address in China at my own expense. The shoes costs $69. I would have to pay almost that much to return the shoes to an international address in China. It's not worth it. They know that. The return policy is one that cheerfully discourages returns. I am not a happy camper.

Probably a scam.

Ordered on the 16 Sept nothing by the 21st Emailed every day .on the 25th my wife died emailed asking for a returns label ABSOLUTELY nothing Kept Emailing still nothing 29th Sept shoes show up cant get returns info.30th they Emailed offering 35% What an insult. 2nd October a general Email from them naming my wife if she wanted another pair after I had told them of her passing .Gronanda are a shoddy inconsiderate and un sympathetic Chinese company. Only interested in the money .Totally disreputable. Now got to get the bank to dispute it all.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SHODDY COMPANY

July '26 ordered a EU39, received EU41.
Requested an exchange - Consumer Rights Act 2015, which is when the farce began.....
As other have said I was told that I could keep them (good will gesture I DON'T think) - why would I want the wrong size???
But then they requested a further payment for £24.99 postage and they would send out a further pair (correct size????), this is on top of what I had already paid, btw original postage was £1.99.
No returns address given.
Emails back and forth to no outcome.

Good luck to whoever complained to PayPal.
I 'raised a complaint' with PayPal, then 'escalated' it, apparently giving time for Gronanda to provide their evidence by Sept 13th.
However since that date has passed, strangely the whole interaction has vanished from my PayPal account and I still have no outcome!

Despite lots of emails my order took almost 4 weeks.
When the shoes arrived they didn’t fit. They are shoddily made. Very poor quality materials.
I have asked several times for a full refund and 2 weeks later received nothing.

These are a cheap Chinese make - where does the name 'Gronanda' come from - except to mislead? After 6 weeks delivery time I received a pair of poor quality shoes with no markings or labels to indicate origin. No Gronanda logo. The shoes didn't fit anyway so I tried to organise a return. First offered a 'no need to return we will send a pair that fit' option - which I rejected since I didn't want the shoes even if they did fit! They then made a 'final offer' of a 35% refund - why would I accept that? Rejected. Then they offered a refund if I paid for a return (to China), but with so many caveats I'm sure an excuse would be found to reject the return on receipt (like 'include all packaging and labels' - there wasn't any!). Have complained to Paypal and will await the outcome. DON"T GET INVOLVED WITH GRONANDA. Their product and customer practices are appalling. AVOID.

I should have read the reviews first! I ordered a pair of barefoot shoes from this company. I measured my feet and noted that their size chart indicated a size much below my usual size so I downsized. Despite this, the shoes, when they eventually arrived, were far too big and also a very strange shape at the back which prevented my heel from making contact with the back of the shoe. There was no paperwork in the package and despite multiple emails for the last week, I have not had a response from the company about organising a return. I have had multiple emails from them trying to sell me more of their products. Avoid, there are better companies selling barefoot shoes out there.

I ordered two pair of the Ergonomic Barefoot Sandals on July 11 and on the 12th received and email that they had been shipped. On the 16th I looked at the tracking information on 17Track (the tracking info site that was provided) and it said the order was waiting for pickup by the carrier, Yanwen. I emailed them at the address provided, with no response. I saw the same tracking information on the 18th and again sent an email and again no response. Today I saw the same information but this time reached out to them via the website messaging. Since I'm leaving soon on vacation I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Will see if they respond. In the meantime I will also be contacting my CC company for them to get involved and to hopefully block and future purchases others might make from them.

The shoes I bought from them did not fit right. I tried to retune them. They offered my all kinds of poor deals, "we give you 15% back" etc. Fianly after 5-6 emails They said I needed to ship them back TO CHINA. It cost me $38.00 to do that, on me. Then they never refunded the amount. This company is Terrible!!! STAY AWAY

Horrible company to deal with. For unconnected reasons, I sent back items immediately (can’t comment on the products themselves as I didn’t actually try them on) and had to pay an exorbitant amount getting them back to China. Communication with the company was sporadic at best and then it just went silent. They eventually said they’d refund an amount significantly less than purchase price because of ‘processing fees, partial adjustments, or bank-related handling charges’, which I objected to. In the end I got no refund at all and had to make a (successful) claim with the credit card company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SHOES WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED AND I AM UNABLE TO RETURN THEM OR SECURE A REFUND. TOTAL SCAM

Personally I love the shoes, What I don't love is them charging me for 2 orders and took my money. 2 days and no one replied back to me they took the money from my account the same day. I've sent 4 emails, called Paypal and my bank. I want my refund on the shoes and socks I did not order. 6/12 sent 2 more emails this morning no response.

Initially placing an order for a pair of size 13 US shoes from Gronanda on February 23, 2026, I have not yet received proper satisfaction or customer service from this company. Arriving on March 18th (very slow delivery) I noted that the size was a 46. This surprised me as my previous experience US size 13 typically translates into a 48 or at least a size 47. Needless to say the shoes were too small. I immediately contacted the company requesting instructions as to how to return the shoe in exchange for a larger size. While it did take several days to respond, Grönanda did respond saying that there was no need to return the shoes, I could keep them and they would send me a new pair, if I paid the shipping. I agreed to do this and on April 2nd Grönanda indicated that they had shipped to me size 47 shoes (47 is their largest size) in the style of my initial order. As of today's date June 6, 2026, I have received nothing, but more shoe sale notices at least once or twice a week urging me to buy more shoes. I have had several communications from the company, all taking days for them to respond, but none of them added any clarity. Gronanda's April 2nd email to me was obviously a lie told knowing full well the size 47 shoes were never to be sent. If anyone is intending to do business with Grönanda you need to understand that you are doing so in your own folly.

Scam company. They’re not following their own return policy, they want you to pay for your own return shipping to China, they’re incredibly slow to respond, and difficult to work with. Now their we site has disappeared.

It is marketed as some credible swedish looking company but is very low quality goods from somewhere in China that take forever to deliver.

I accidentally hit "back" mid order and double ordered, emailed immediately to cancel and received an email from "Sophie" 3 days later saying there was nothing they could do as they'd shipped already. When asking about returns, I was told I had to wait until they arrived and THEN they would tell me how to start the return process. This response also took another 3 days and the only contact option is email and every message is automated. They will delay you at every opportunity.

The shoes arrived after 3 weeks and are very poor quality, and mismatched. Like you can get a better pair from walmart for $10 ( these were over $60 each). I sent an email notifying them the shoes were shipped and they ASKED WHY I WANTED A REFUND. Automated of course. Then offered a 35% refund at my shipping expense. Total garbage "company".

My wife bought me a pair of these in December 2025. I wore them to Russia in Jan 2026 thinking I could throw them away and buy a sturdy pair on arrival. I wore the Gronanda all over Siberia, Vladivostok and Irkutsk...where it was <40C and never felt cold, which bemused us both. They have been fabulous...and now back in Spain...in March 2026 they still show no signs of wear.,

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes in the same size. I was sent 1 pair a size larger than ordered and the 2nd pair was 2 sizes larger than ordered.
I requested the correct sizes be sent; after several emails with pics clearly showing 2 totally different sizes they finally agreed to resend my order.
After weeks of shipping times I received the Exact same INCORRECT order & now they again want pics. This company is a waste of time and money

Stay away from this company! Shipped from china, the size chart is wayyyy off! They then only want to offer you a 35% refund and you keep trainers you can't wear or you can get an "easy exchange" where guess what... You have to pay shipping charges! You have to fight and fight for months to get them to agree to a full refund - in which you have to pay for tracked shipping at £32!!! Complete rip off! Please don't fall for this scam!

I would give no stars but that didn't appear to be an option.

I want to return a pair of shoes. I have sent 7 emails. I need the addres to which I can send it. No response.

Ridiculous.

I will never buy from them again and suggest you never do.
