Disatifaction with communication.
Your company is turning out to be just like Lawn Hopper in that you don't respond to emails. I was trying to get in touch regarding treatment after moss killing treatment to no effect . I am, therefore, looking for a new comapny.

After spending over £1000.00 having my…
After spending over £1000.00 having my lawn over seeded, it looks no better than before the treatment.
I have been told this is due to having leather jackets in the lawn. Surely the lawn should have been inspected before the treatment rather than after the treatment, The roots of the new grass have added a tasty meal for nasty insects.

Greenthumb make a huge difference…
Greenthumb have made a huge difference to our garden, not just the lawn but our paths too. We had Robbie (Borders) here today to clean the hard surfaces. Such a lovely, polite man. He explains everything very clearly.

Additional weed killer applied.
An additional weed killer treatment (which had been recommended by Craig Howard of the Cheltenham branch) was applied by him this Saturday morning, as scheduled, efficiently as always. He commented that the lawn was looking good for this time of year.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I used the online tool to 'Book Online', measured the lawn using the maps tool, selected a treatment plan, entered all my contact details and set up a direct debit payment. Selected a preferred date for the first treatment. The only contact I received from then on was confirmation that my direct debit had been processed. Had no further messages, phone calls or emails from Green thumb. On the day of the requested first visit, no one contacted me, so I phoned Green thumb, I was told that no one was going to visit, as I needed to arrange a date over the phone. However, as no one had contacted me how was this going to happen? I explained to the operator how I had followed all the on line instructions, I was told that the wording on the website was misleading and people had complained before about it before. I had booked the day off work to wait for Greenthumb to arrive, what a total waste of time. I cancelled the direct debit. If Green thumb cannot get the basics of communication right then what is the point of using them.

Great service, great looking lawn
We’ve been using GreenThumb for more than a year now. Robbie does a great job and goes out of his way to help making the lawn look fantastic. We have used other similar services, but I can definitely recommend Robbie and GreenThumb.
