Scenic Stay and Superb Railway Excursion
We had a fantastic couple of days on the Worcestershire Railway Adventure. The hotel was lovely — peaceful countryside setting, comfortable rooms, and a really welcoming atmosphere. It was also perfectly located, just a short distance from the railway excursion, which made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed.
The food was excellent throughout, and the surrounding area offered plenty to explore, from scenic walks to charming local towns. Altogether, it was a wonderful short break and great value for a memorable getaway.

The first time was a few months ago - the hotel was good and the trip well organised.
This review is about our 2nd booking. We have a booking for Oxford, scheduled for early this week. Unfortunately my partner is unwell, so we asked (at VERY short notice) if it would be possible to reschedule (fully expecting to lose the money)
Great Little Breaks staff could not have been more helpful and changed our trip with only a small extra charge.

Pretty awful experience.
We booked a 3night bed/breakfast/dinner break at the Pheasant hotel; near Stratford Upon Avon. A surprisingly frosty reception women didn't get us off to a good start. Dinner on first evening was OK, but we noted how shabby the staff looked (not all of them of course). Room was OK, clean and tidy. Breakfast, Day 2 was awful. One girl looking after about 40 residents. No bread for toast, no milk, no fried eggs, congealed beans. We left it and had breakfast elsewhere. Dinner Day 2. Awful pizza. My wife sick all night. We didnt bother staying a third night even though we pre-paid.

I loved the hotel
I loved the hotel, Sunday lunch was excellent & the staff were very friendly & helpful.
I have only suggestion.
Great Little Breaks advised us to book a table for our prepaid dinner, this was good as the restaurant closed earlier than others.
Whilst we don't consider yourselves disabled it would have been helpful to know that the hotel did not have a lift.
We struggled with the stairs to our room on the first floor especially with our luggage.
The hotel has said if we book direct next time they can allocate a ground floor room .
