Laura was really helpful and ensured that everything moved at a good pace. Laura was very helpful with our questions and walked us through the whole process, start to finish. We had no concerns throughout our house purchase.
Would highly recommend!

Very good company dealt with everything so quick and easy

Only ever got to deal with assistant who had to refer everything. Never prepared for meetings and constantly had to chase to try and progress sale. Gave them same information several times. Only spoke with the solicitor once and she was borderline rude.

I would like to thank Emma Hanson and her team for being by my side during the purchase of my flat process. Their working manner suits me the best, I liked the app where I could follow the process step by step. Whenever I needed additional explanations, I received them in an understandable manner. I would recommend Graysons Solicitors and use their services if ever need it in the future.

Laura was really great throughout the whole process, kept me informed and up to date at all times.
Couldn't recommend any more highly!

Very pleased with the service received from Ben Bailey. Always in communication and explained the process to me. Always was available when I called. Would definitely recommend him and Grayson Solicitors.

Really happy with the service I received when moving. Helped guide me through the process.

I contacted Graysons Solicitors regarding a medical negligence issue and I must say the service is received from them was first class!!
Mr Ben Bailey looked after my claim and without a doubt i would recommend him to anyone who feels they require advice.
Many thanks to Ben and his team for a speedy professional service 👏

Dealt with everything I needed professionally , keeping me up to date with what’s happening.

Great service, always communicated promptly and resolved my claim with ease - really pleased I used Graysons

We were supported by Amber at the Chesterfield office regarding Wills.

My sister was given the right legal advice at every step and Amber was willing to go the extra mile to meet with her in her final stages of life to ensure that my sister could finalise the legalities.

I am so glad we met Amber at Ashgate Hospice could not have asked for a better solicitor. I would use Graysons in future based off this experience.

Everything sorted out for me and made easy for me too understand and l like too thank them for a great service

James Hardy provided outstanding support throughout my claim after I slipped in a restaurant and broke my arm. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly persistent, especially as the case was initially denied and considered challenging.

Thanks to James’s dedication and clear guidance, a settlement was successfully secured. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing expert and reliable legal support.

Overall I had a good experience with Graysons and I would recommend them. I was purchasing a house in a chain, as issues arose in the vendors onward chain, I found updates were somewhat brief from my solicitors. On the whole they were easy to deal with and carried out all the contractual work with efficiency.

Graysons have been fantastic throughout the entire process of my claim. Shahborna in particular was extremely thorough, supportive and made every step of the journey as straight forward and stress free as possible.

Extremely helpful and easy to communicate. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service was received from Emma Hanson and her team with the purchase of our home. Two days before completion, the purchase nearly didn’t happen due to an issue with the sellers solicitor. However Emma and her team worked hard to get all the paperwork together for the new solicitor and the completion went ahead at the agreed date.
Emma always responded to emails and if she wasn’t available, her assistant Gemma updated us and followed up any enquiries we had.

Without naming names. One solicitor was ok and got back to me straight away. The other one what was the senior one took days to get back to me.Very slow on what was supposed to be straight forward.Would not use again. How to improve would be to not take too many jobs on and think you are playing with people's lives

A first class professional service was received from Laura Humphries and her team during the sale and purchase of properties. Timely responses to my emails were received and I was kept informed on progress every step of the way.

Using Graysons for my case was straight forward. My solicitor always replied quickly with any queries I had.
