From the very start of my journey for a medical negligence case against a local NHS hospital, JMW were outstanding. I was very emotional, very scatty and not always organised, but I was always supported. I was intimidated by dealing with such an esteemed law firm too, I'd never had experience with barristers and felt, as I said intimidated if I ever had to speak to them. I was again supported through this, and always made to feel I was able to stand up for myself and tell my story.It's been a very long journey and I've nothing but praise for each department and member of staff that dealt with my case. Thankyou Rebecca, Rachael, and of course Sally, for your exceptional work on my case, your advice, patience and for bringing the matter to a successful conclusion (at last)!!!!!

Jmw solicitors. Disgraceful service from day 1. I Contacted Jmw . I have lost count of how many many phone calls & emails to Jmw about my grant of probate case, which is about 4 years old & still on going. Stewart Never returns calls then get odd email saying we are Stewart’s assistant & we will look into this as Stewart busy or away. But once again nothing happens, they don’t respond. I then get an email stating sorry for delay but we need to find out who is originally the will holder. I’ve sent Stewart the original will in my name from day 1 & many copies. No one gets back to me. I wish I had the money to sue this awful company for neglect & unnecessary stress. Also lying to me saying we needed information that I had already provided. Don’t waist your time with this solicitors, look elsewhere.

From the initial chat I had with Hojol, I felt like I was in safe hands. The handover to Helen, Olivia and Mr Stansfield was so smooth and brilliant. The service and the professionalism I received from them all was beyond expectations. I have received the best outcome and would highly recommend JMW for people needing expert representation for motoring and driving offences.

Being a Norwegian citizen I needed help to sort out all necessary paperwork to be able to travel in and out of UK (even though I had lived here for nearly 12 years) after being refused entry to the plane after a holiday. We got in touch with JMW to help us after a recommendation. We were in touch with 2 employees, Gemma Tracey and Abbie Orford. They were both extremely helpful and professional, answering telephone and answering emails quite late at night, changing a meeting till following day as we weren't able to make it to the original due to traffic problems. They were always on top of things, and acting immediately as soon as things were presented to them. My wife and I can definitely recommend them
