A lovely week
Having just returned last week from the Grand Uk trip to Torquay I have to say what an excellent experience it was. Yes, the hotel was a little dated and in need of a little TLC, but for its’ 2 star rating it was perfect for my needs. Room was clean and comfortable, food was excellent, staff very friendly and professional, entertainment excellent and the Grand Uk tour guide and driver were brilliant.

Jersey
It was so nice to be picked up from home and taken to the airport. Flights both ways on time. Hotel de Normandy was located in a great position for beach and bus stops. Food was a buffet and a brilliant selection, the last two evenings was a set meal. Bedroom comfortable and clean but needs a bit of upgrading. Only criticism no shelves in bathroom to put our bits and pieces. We hope to go to the de Normandy next year as it’s so convenient, oh and there’s a great pub opposite. Great to be picked up at the airport and taken home on return.

Value for money holiday was unreal…
The value for money holiday was unreal ! We saw so much of the Isle of Skye and Scotland,fantastic.In general the hotel’s ranged from excellent to not that great.The coach driver and courier were great and ever mindful of the holidaymakers on the coach.

The transport arrangements were very good. All the trips out were amazing as were Stewart the tour guide an d Mark the çoach driver. The hotel was adequate but offered nothing in the evening and its location had no interest either. This was my first holiday on my own since my husbands death and l enjoyed it very much

Everything was okay but I was allocated a first floor room with a bath with shower over that did not work properly. When I booked I did say what I require.

Wonderful holiday. The hotel was very good. Room was very comfortable. A couple of the meals were not very good but on the whole the food was ok. The trips were fantastic. Coach driver Andy was excellent. Nathan the tour guide was excellent too. I would give them both top marks for their help and consideration. We had a fabulous time. Thank you.

Brilliant. Excellent.
Having been with grand uk before and enjoyed it. Thought we would go again. Once again not disappointed. Had a great experience going to different places. Being told about the areas we were going to. It was again excellent. Brilliant driver and tour guide. They also make a holiday. Very friendly, helpful, such a brilliant team we had many a laugh and singsong and everyone joined in. Marcus and Wendy go above and beyond their duty. Cannot find words to express how excellent they were.
