Grace Bags …
I bought 4 bags before Christmas and the rivets are pulling through. The small crossbody isn’t even leather and is coming apart. I contacted the company and received a “sorry, the 14 day period to replace or return has expired “. Very cheaply made and too expensive for the product. I wasted almost $300 for fake leather and no warranty. Don’t buy from this company.

I'm not sure what to think now
A lot of people are saying that these bags are not real leather but vinyl. I have three bags now. If they are only vinyl , they are the best quality vinyl I have ever seen. I have a purse that I paid a lot more money for, and the lining inside is thin and already shredding. The lining of the bags I got from Grace Bags are very good fabric. The zippers and hardware are heavy duty and look like they are made to last. And all in all, they were cheaper than any other so-called good quality bags that i've bought before.

This is advertised as a Christian American company. Also advertising going out of business. I ordered 2 bags ( for a 10% discount). Got them from China with Chinese logo from XIDIBAOLUO stuck on the front. The lining is horrible and the zippers stick. Cheaply made. Took almost a month to get them. Liars and a total scam
Liars and a total scam. Selling "genuine leather handcrafted bags" but what you get is a plastic, stinky bag that costs half what you paid for it to return to China. Website makes company look like a US company.
PayPal refused to protect me as the buyer, even though EVERYTHING this company marketed was a lie. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal using a credit card. I had to dispute the charges twice, including sending photos of the bag and screenshots of Grace's Bags website. But my credit card company finally refunded my charge. The bag went into the garbage.
I have read the company replies to many of the negative reviews and they don't seem ashamed at all about their lies and deception, stating they are a valid business and make their bags from sustainable PU leather. If you can admit here to using PU leather, why isn't that a selling point on your website?! You sell your bags as being made from genuine high quality leather! You deserve to loose every penny that hardworking US buyers paid you!

Don't fall for the scam!!
I bought what I intended to be Christmas presents from this company after seeing it on social media. Don't make the same mistake! I never got an order confirmation email or text. The only information I had was on the web page I kept open after placing the order. I tried using their contact form on the website to cancel the order and got no response. There's not a phone number to contact the vendor anywhere online. After a month I got a shipment, but it was av overfilled big plastic bag - not the way you would ship the "high quality leather" goods. I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I just wanted the problem to go away, so I returned the package to sender unopened. Now my credit card company says I'm responsible for the charge since I don't have a tracking number to prove I returned the shipment. It has been a nightmare!

I, too, was hoodwinked! I wished I viewed the reviews here before purchasing. These bags are not made of the high quality they profess. I ordered six bags to give as Christmas presents and felt embarrassed to give them away. On of the bags had random letters stickered on it. I would not order from this org again and will not recommend.

Grace's Bags is a FRAUD!
like so many other reviewers, I fell for this fraud. I ordered a bag in mid-November 2024 and had several back and forth friendly emails until December 29th when the bag was delivered. It was not the leather bag I ordered. It was a bag made of plastic/vinyl material glued to a woven backing. It was not soft and supple. It was stiff and cold. I contacted Grace's Bags to complain and ask for a refund because I was not satisfied. I received a response saying there was no record of my order. I've made several follow-up attempts but there has been no response. We've all been scammed. Learned a lesson. Added Trustpilot to my homepage.
Still kicking myself for being so naive. Thank you to everyone for writing reviews.

Total SCAM. DO NOT BUY? I received a cheap plastic bag that was advertised as being leather. They only offered 15% of the price on a return. The shipping would cost me $30-$50 to send the trash back. The "products" are all made in mainland China and not worth a tenth of their "discounts", please read the other reviews and do not buy. I purchased 3, THREE, bags. When I received them, the breadth, thickness, of the package was approximately 4 to 5 cm, for THREE bags...

Clear case of bate and switch
Product says is "full grain leather" but it is actually "PU leather", according to the customer service email. They won't provide full refund (even though they guarantee that on their website) unless I pay for return shipping, which happens to be about half the original cost of the product. I have reported them to the BBB and to other consumer protection agencies.

I saw Grace Bags on FB
I saw Grace Bags on FB. They state the bags are real leather. When I got mine, they mention how to take care of "faux" leather. First time I had seen "faux." The bag is some sort of plastic. I sent them an email the same day mine was delivered. It took 12 week days to get it. It has been 5 days and have not heard from them. My bag was $60. I did see this same bag on another site for 16.99 after I ordered mine. I am very disappointed. Please be aware if you are thinking about ordering from Grace Bags.

PUBBLICITA' INGANNEVOLE
Ho acquistato 3 borse vendute come vera pelle e mi sono state inviate 3 borse in plastica scadente che,oltretutto avevano un cattivo odore. Il venditore è cinese e non sembra abbia un negozio che svende per chiusura come pubblicizzato. Ho più volte scritto direttamente al venditore rappresentando la volontà a chiedere il rimborso restituendo i prodotti in quanto non conformi a quanto pubblicizzato. Ho ricevuto solo proposte di rimborsi parziali che ho rifiutato in quanto non avevo certezza circa l'effettivo rimborso (al riguardo basta leggere le recensioni di chi ha accettato il rimborso parziale). Pertanto ho aperto una contestazione su PayPal che, dopo circa due mesi, mi ha rimborsato anche se ho dovuto restituire le borse a mie spese in Cina (circa 40,00 Euro) pur dimostrando che si trattava di pubblicità ingannevole tutelata dalla legge, accollandomi pertanto un danno economico.
Sto valutando l'eventualità di sporgere denuncia in quanto sembrano sussistere gli estremi di una truffa. SI SCONSIGLIA DI EFFETTUARE ACQUISTI DA GRACE’S BAGS.

Wish I had checked with Trustpilot earlier
If only I had known about Trustpilot before making the purchase with this fake business I would have seen the negative reviews and never would have bought this poorly made, cheap, fake leather bag. The saying "If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't" was definitely true in this case. DO NOT waste your time and money on something that sounds so legit from a company that looks legit, has a nice website and has pictures of a nice couple that has a story about the years they have been in business and are ready to retire and wanting to get rid of their inventory. Sounds logical but always check other reviews first. Not just the ones on their website. It will save you time and headaches.

The bag arrived with a horrific smell
The bag arrived with a horrific smell. Regardless of what I tried, I couldn’t get rid of the odor. The bag is unusable. Additionally, The leather is thin. I contacted the company many times and they offered a discount and told me they use a storage facility in Asia so it would cost a lot to return. Now why would a supposed US company be storing purses in Asia?
