Avoid avoid avoid! This is a Chinese based company, so you are completely mislead by their website. The bags are cheap material and massively overpriced. I raised a claim through my credit card to be refunded as I considered I’d been scammed through false advertising. But I still had to return the bag from the UK to China, at almost £20, which wasn’t refunded. So I may as well have thrown the bag away. My advice is don’t bother to order in the first place!

Grace Bags FAKE leather bags
I bought three bags advertised as "genuine leather." I received three FAKE leather bags. In AZ, this is FALSE ADVERTISING and is considered CONSUMER FRAUD. Yes, they have a return policy, but you have to ship to the Netherlands at $$$$, and they decide if you get the refund. We had a contract for genuine leather bags, which I did not receive; their return policy is void. American Express did nothing since I did order the bags. BEWARE, thousands have complained for the same reason. This has the makings of a class action suit against this fraudulent company.

Graces bags are unusable junk
Graces bags looked nice. Arrived were two bags, not leather, that had a terrible moldy smell. The zippers pulled apart from the bags on the first zip. These were Christmas presents, and that was not good. I am out the money and the girls are upset that I got them cheap Chinese, unusable junk. Shame on you, "Grace".

You don’t know it’s a China based company until too late. Premium shipping means nothing and tracking sucks. Shipment hasn’t show any movement and no response from the company after sending several emails. Filed a case with my credit card company.

My order was for one bag and I was charged for two of the same bag. I received the refund for the extra after several days of trying to get in touch with them. Shopify absolutely is like a scam. Can’t get any service from them. And my one bag I ordered has never arrived even though Grace asked me to leave a review saying it was delivered. Still no bag! Buyer beware!!

I never received the product that I paid for. Found out that it's not leather as it is advertised. This human doesn't even exist, it's just cheap Chinese production. Your credit card may be able to get you a refund
This is my 2nd review which I'm writing as a follow-up. My credit card was able to get the charges reversed. I encourage anyone to try that route, as this company will only offer to refund a fraction of the item cost and you have to ship it back to China on your dime (up to $50 from the states). Their response was just more of their bull. Good luck all and safe shopping!!
