Very helpful staff when I had problems with my ordered. Delivery in date stated. Love the bag.

My friend told me about Grace as she had bought a bag from her shop a couple of months ago. I really liked how it looked and decided to order 2 of them. I can say that I'm really happy with it and its a shame she is closing her business. I just ordered 2 more so I can gift them and or keep for backup.

These are my favourite bags so far. I normally don't write reviews but I had to for this one. I am 54 years old and out of all bags I have bought this one is truly the best, doesn't cost to much, beautiful design, good quality and a loving experience. I recommend it.

Grace Bags is a SCAM. The bags are not leather. Not even close. They're not 'hand crafted' and their whole website is AI. That woman in the fake leather shop does not exist. Do not give them your money. They are lying about their company's back story and product quality. These bags come from China.

definitely not a reputable company. They advertised before Christmas to prey on people's gift buying. I did receive my purse, but quality poor, not hand made and NOT leather. This is a big SCAM. I wanted to return, but was told the same story as so many others. They have to be shipped back to warehouse in China and very expensive. Do not fall for this story. No one is retiring and there is no Grace. They advertised after the holidays under another name on FB, Buyer beware. This is not a reputable co.

It is not what they claim, I was scammed into thinking the company was closing but they are still open. Paid for the Bags in November and still have not received a refund. The reason for return was poor quality, did not look like the image posted on site. I want my money back!!

There was no refund. They lied once again to the bank about the bag being sold as described but it is not real leather. The workmanship is awful. The lining is not attached to the bag properly. I spent forever looking for my car keys. If it wasn’t for my Apple AirTag I would have wasted even more time. Never ever consider buying one of Graces Bags.

The true leather store to shop from for total satisfaction is Portland Leather bags!!!!! They are great prices for true leather materials in a plethora of sizes and styles!!!! I have 4 of their bags and they are fabulous!!!

This company took 3 months to get three bags to me. The very first bag I ordered looked like the one online and was true leather. Thereafter, I trusted the company for good products and ordered 3 more. BIG MISTAKE - I had hoped to have them for Christmas gifts, and now I'm too embarrassed to send to my Sister for a gift at all.

They sure took my money quick until I had to say something a month and a half later. Then they sewed my products and took another month and a half to get them to me. The address says Covine, CA. Which was a lie because I saw the overseas address on my tracking info. No need to go through Customs coming from the same state as I live in.

Designs are nice ,materials not so much .,was intended as a Christmas Gift. Wanted to return it for a refund ,company wanted to charge to ship it back to China …I just gave it away and chalked it up to experience - lesson learned..

Do not believe any of the comments from Graces bags customer service. They just post that and DO NOT follow through. I posted a review a few weeks ago stating what a sham it is and right away they said to email them with my order info and they would take care of it. I did that immediately and never heard back from them, after four emails. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this so that they don’t get scammed like so many of us have. Graces Bags, you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people who spend their hard earned money buying supposed quality bags. Hopefully you will get what you deserve someday.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This website is a SCAM. They mislead you to think there is a real Grace whose business is soon to be over and she is selling her “beloved” bags at a “reasonable” price. What you get is a folded plastic bag with a bag cover. I immediately contacted my bank . When you try to return the bag you finally realize they’re from China and the shipping cost to return is around $50.00. You contact the company and they’re willing to give you “some of the purchase price “ back. The $74.00 I stupidly spent gave me a 24.00 refund. I took the bag and through it in the garbage.

Very Disappointed. The product is not genuine leather and the lining is like paper!. I would NOT recommend these bags to anyone. I am only glad I did not pay full price, but even then it was expensive for the quality. Steer clear.

Hi, everyone! You are lucky to get at least something. I ordered one bag almost a year ago. I think they are still working on it. Ha-ha! Maybe it's ok that someone could put in his pocket 70 dollars for nothing.

I made this review for the other page bur I’m posting it here again. The owner images on this site are ai generated slop, there is no grace so to speak. There are other sites running the same scam with different “character” images. Unfortunately a lot of people are falling for this scam which is very sad. The images of the product on the site are typical sales photos that can easily be found on aliexpress and temu. Realistically no single person would be able to handmake this many items and sell them at such a low cost. Seemingly this company has been “closing down” for months at this point which should be another red flag. Please do your due dilligence before clicking on social media ads, there is a bit more info on this scam site if you google it. The owner responses all make excuses for these issues including outsourcing fulfillment overseas which really makes zero sense if these products are supposedly handmade.

Please do not buy from this website . It is a total scam . There is no grace . I purchased 2 supposed leather bags as Christmas Presents which cost me £80.00 . The bags arrived . They were not leather , cheap plastic with matching lining . I literally threw them away . I went about getting a refund and was told the shipping would cost more than the refund . After a lot of haggling I got 40% got and cut my loses . But this web site is a total scam . Be warned

My review is echoing many on this site that they received “fake” leather purses and are victims of royal SCAM!!!
The website describes the purses being made out of high quality LEATHER and there is NO leather in any of the materials that these purses are made of.
Very deceptive website and story. These are NOT made in “ma & pa” shop in US.
Save yourself the disappointment,
DO NOT SPEND a DIME on these products!!
Same offer of 15% refund and it would cost $30-$50 shipping to return product.

This was copied from her website! The lining inside the bag ripped the first time I tried to open the small zipper compartment to take something out. Do not trust her to refund your money, she now claims that you have 14 days to return the bag! The bag is very cheaply made!
