They received my phone Saturday morning, and came back to me at 4:30 with a 50% reduced offer for a broken screen (as listed as part of the original offer as a broken phone), and camera dots which didn’t exist. Emailed and tried calling, but surprise surprise their phone line was turned off just after sending me the offer! Can’t get hold of them to discuss this at all, even though their opening times state 5pm. Very convenient! Original offer around £261 and new offer £150.50.. it’s a £350 phone with a new screen, I just don’t have cash, hence trying to sell to a ‘legit company’

Tuesday evening now and I spite emailing all day today and yesterday, and spending over an hour on hold on the phone, I’ve still not received payment, even though their last (of just 3) says it will be sent today! Also questioned the valuation and they didn’t even acknowledge it, only replied when I just gave in and said I’d take their raised offer of £151. This company is an absolute joke! DONT USE

Easy trade in. No complaints whatsoever

I used Compare & Recycle website to sell my phone. I made the mistake of using webuy********.com first. The cowboys graded the condition as ‘pretty good’ and offered me a pitiful £20! I would not accept their offer so I then went to gr8 mobile. I chose ‘poor’ condition as a precaution and got a payment of £71! The service was quick and effortless. My phone was inspected the day after delivery and I got the payment the same day too! Excellent service and apologies for not coming to you first!

BEWARE - If you have changed your screen and didn’t get it changed by the manufacturer I.e Apple (if you got an iPhone) they screw you !!!! I was offered £73 for my old XR iPhone when they received it they said as it didn’t have original screen (& battery) they would only give me £9.75 Not £73 as originally offered . They told me it’s in the T&C’s but I obviously didn’t read that as otherwise would have sent off to another seller .

Fantastic service the money was in my bank account the same day from when I received my email. I was a bit unsure to how much money I would receive as my device was broken as I was quoted an ‘up to’ price however I received the full amount quoted. I will 100% use this service again. Thank you

They don’t respond to emails. Lack of communication. They had the phone over 2 weeks and all I heard was crickets.

Total scam.They deliberately limit the selectable condition options if the phone is not 100% but then over inflate the quote in order to get their mitts on the device. They then offer a risible amount (I was offered 10x this on the high street) and when you refuse it (after they try to barter and double the original amount offered!!) they charge you a tenner to send it back. To be fair it is an ingenious con.

Absolutely appalling service. Sent 3 items in, all were down valued. Apple Watch offered £20, then reduced to £15. iPad offered £66 then reduced to £6.85. iPhone XR offered £60, then down valued to £7.50, only to be increased to £18 when rejected. £8.95 return fee. AVOID!!!

JOKE!! Huge reduction from £195 original quote. They'll now ask me for money to send back the device. They Should honour the price quote if you selected broken. Better off going with We BuyAnyPhone.

Terrible service. Get knocked on price massively. iPhone 11 Pro from 140£ to 15£ quid is a joke, stating that there are not a single genuine part. Then expect me to pay delivery fee of 10£ or they’ll hold the phone. Scam more than anything and waste of time

Fantastic service so easy to arrange. Courier picked my phone up on Wednesday night and payment was in my account on Friday afternoon. GR8 mobile also payed me the price quoted will definitely use again.
