I was quoted £145 for an iPhone 12 with no face id. After I'd sent the iPhone to them they reduced the offer to £37.50. I refused their second offer as I had already told them it was faulty in their first quote. I had to pay £8.95 for them to post back my phone to me. I've now sold the iPhone on eBay for £180.

Brilliant company. I’d made an error or two and they had no problem sorting it out. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone

It is not a legitimate company. Absolute scammers! Avoid at all cost, they will waist your time.

I received the amount quoted and payment was sent quickly. Communication was great throughout the process.

Gr8 mobile have had my I phone 14 pro for a week now they quoted me £394 for a ‘poor’ phone - I downgraded as it has some slight scratches from the phone case.

They assessed the phone and said it has a cracked camera and screen - it doesn’t I have pictures of it. So I asked for evidence. They then said when it takes a picture it has dust spots in the camera housing. I do not believe any of it!

They offered me a revised quote of £74.25!!! An absolute joke.

I rejected this and they said their manager has upped the quote to £150 again I have rejected this and since I have heard nothing at all I have chased and emailed over 20 times I have called and the number just rings out.

Avoid them at all costs I will be reporting to the police for theft and fraud.

Super easy and paid day after they received phone.

Massive con. They quote you one price and then knock off 85% when they have it. Would not recommend or use again.

sent my phone off 10 days ago on Monday 8th, it arrived Monday the 15th, since it arrived I've had no communication from them, no emails not call or text and still no money, I've tried calling the number off the website and on here for the last 3 days, I spent nearly 6 hours on the phone and it just rang and rang. Finally got an email response, didn’t really seem bothered, and then lied to me by saying the phone hasn’t arrived it’s only just got to the local post office and it should arrive this week, even though I’ve got tracking saying it’s been delivered, I just want the payment for my phone will never use these again, complete scam !!!!!!

This company is shocking - I had agreed to sell my iPhone 12 that was immaculate other than a cracked camera which didn’t show on the camera lens irself, only when taking a photo. I inputted the phone was in the worst condition because of this and was offered 116£. My phone was received and inspected, the report they said stated no other issue other than the camera. They offered me 30£ which I refused. They they came back to offer me 50£ which I have again refused. I could understand lowering the value if I had purported the phone to be immaculate with no faults etc. they have now asked for me to pay to have the phone returned to me as it’s their policy if the phone was not as described. I am unable to understand how the phone was not as described!? This company is shocking and another review states the company offer high values to get their hands on the device which is accurate.

Offered me a competitive price for my broken iPhone, but once sent to them the price was halved because of damages (the phone was already specified as broken, with cracked screen and back glass).

When I asked for the phone to be returned to me, they disappeared, not before getting my £8.95 for the shipping fee that I suppose was never fulfilled.

The right word for this behaviour is SCAM.
