Ordered Gx3 + umbrella holder
Ordered Gx1 + umbrella holder. Email next morning to say Gx1 out of stock but would upgrade me to the Gx3 at no extra charge. Package arrived next working day. I have been out on the golf course 1 time using .very happy with the Gx3, quiet and easy to use. Would recommend to friends and family to buy. Ps also very robust.

Hello John and thank you for the review. I am so sorry things took a while, this seems to be wholly a Royal Mail issue - we may have to think about an alternative for smaller parts.

Amazingly efficient service
I reported trolley fault one day, courier picked it up the next , fault fixed (electrics upgraded) the next day, delivered back the next for an extremely reasonable price.
Absolutely brilliant and personal friendly service.
Highly recommend this company.
