Not even one star. Returns process is an absolute nightmare and then after returning the swimsuit (which was too small) they REFUSE my refund due to faint makeup marks when trying on. So faint you cannot even see where they are in the images they provided, nor even noticeable hence why I didn’t wipe them off first! Would never buy from this company again and I’d warn anyone sending something back to them!!! Very disappointed.

One scroll through Pinterest and I stumbled across Ella’s brand, hands down the best purchase I’ve made this year! From the moment I ordered, everything exceeded my expectations. Delivery was so quick, the packaging was gorgeous, and the Athena dress… WOW. Just stunning.

This is the 4th purchase I’ve made and it’s been great each time! Ella is literally the SWEETEST. I messaged her because I was having trouble putting on the afterdark bathing suit and she sent me a video and step by step instructions to help me out and made sure I was able to do it. She even asked follow up questions about the sizing and fit. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. It’s obvious she truly cares about her company, quality of her items and making sure customers are happy. 1000000/10

Where can I even begin!! Unreal quality, I cannot wait to post everywhere because the world deserves to see how amazing these swimsuits are- no exaggeration they look just as stunning in person. Customer service 10s across the board- the founder answered questions regarding sizing at 9pm at night😱 bless her. I cannot wait to order more, you won’t regret ordering, I’ve ordered 20 bikinis for an event coming up and these are two of the best (better than house of cb)

I highly recommend ordering from Bad N Bare the quality of the bikini is obsessional I ordered the heatwave bikini and it is so faltering even on wider hips I also purchased one of the sample bikini and all I can say STUNNING and the quality … just as good as the heatwave bikini. I would also like to note the customer service I received from this business is the best out of all business I have purchased from. They were able to help me with all my enquires especially the issue with the delay in my order from the postage company and got into contact with them on when it would arrive. I will definitely be ordering from this small business again and I hope to see them grow even bigger - you have reached Australia cannot wait to wear these pieces during the hot summer coming !!!

Absolutely OBSESSED with my swimsuit!!!

I purchased a 'sample' suit and was expecting the quality to reflect the lower price. Boy was I wrong! The swimsuit is soft and the material feels buttery. It is SO flattering. I adore it!

I ordered the pink 'Heatwave' swimsuit from Bad n Bare to wear to a festival and absolutely LOVE it. So much so that I've opted to order it in blue along with the 'Afterdark' swimsuit too. The quality was really nice and I just love the designs of the swimwear. The customer service I've experience thus far has been superb as well and I'm so excited to receive even more goodies!

I’m a size S normally but I ended up sizing up as my boobs didn’t fit the first one. Ella was super helpful with returns/exchange and it was nice and easy.

Really impressed with this company, amazing customer service! I ordered a beautiful swimsuit from here, before receiving it a very honestly lovely lady called Ella messaged me saying that there was a slight mark and that she would happily refund me or I could purchase at a heavily discounted price! I opted to still purchase! The attention to detail to notice this tiny mark is superb and to let the customer know, this service you would not receive at any other online retailer they would simply send it and say nothing! This company is opposite of the greedy company’s out there and evidently really care about there customers ! I’d highly recommend and needless to say the swimsuit is beautiful! The quality is fabulous and the most flattering swimsuit I’ve ever worn coming from a tiny girl with no boobs the swimsuit really helped with my confidence!❤️
