3 weeks to ship my order that was…
3 weeks to ship my order that was listed as "in stock". The parts I finally received were a mix of good parts and junk. The instructions that were available for download are vague and/or copies of photocopies and the photos are so distorted they're useless.
Customer service is horrible with no phone conversation available, only a help request that usually takes several days to get a one line response.
What should have been an exciting time for youngest was just a disappointment. Had to order other parts due to the a few parts we received were inoperable as they weren't threaded at the factory or were just rusty junk out of the box.
Ordering here and spending over a thousand dollars on a mini bike kit was my mistake, dont make it yours.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a golf cart on June 4th and it was supposedly ready to ship on June 16th--two weeks later—even though it was vehicle in stock. I still cannot verify that it actually shipped. A short response from the help center said the ETA was probably mid-July! They wanted my money right away with a wire from my bank yet I can’t get in contact with anyone live at customer service. If you sent thousands of dollars to buy a product, you should be able to get in touch with someone to discuss the arrival of your product, or how about even a thank you for ordering? I’ve sent emails with questions regarding my order, tracking number and ETA only to receive a cryptic one-liner that never answers any of my questions. It’s now June 26th, and I still have no idea what day the vehicle will arrive.

So many frustrations
So many frustrations. We ordered this mostly assembled and paid the extra $100 dollars. When it came it was in the original crate and we had to do everything! There is no phone number to reach out to talk to. There were no directions on assembly. There were broken parts. Very disappointed.

Order #20208975 Never received my order. I have emailed and tied to call and can’t get through to anyone. I have no clue what’s goin on with my order. Login credentials aren’t working. I’m left with no choice but to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Super unprofessional. This is my first time ordering from Go Kart USA and it will be my last.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They respond before you send your money, once they have it, nothing. No product, no response, no update or tracking info....NOTHING. We purchased 2 UTVs for our business and sent them over $8600. Avoid this company at all cost! Go somewhere reputable, this place is not!

My purchase arrived on time and…
My purchase arrived on time and complete. When assembling the go kart I noticed one side of the roll cage would not seat properly and it was because the weld was of poor quality and went spilled in to the area where it would sit. I then looked at the rest of the kart and noticed alot of welds were of poor quality, I hope the kart lasts. After fully assembled I went to start the kart and had some trouble and after trouble shooting the matter found out the fuel filter was clogged, I was able to clear it and the kart now works fine. I question the longevity of the kart but I feel like it's a get what you pay for situation.

I asked them to help me with some rims, and they refused? She said we do not help customers with that? I now buy from another co. Bye. I read their answer, That is a total LIE! They just responded to they do not help customers with that. I simply asked them if they could help me? And they answered with that mentioned above. We did not even get to makes or models. nothing more was said. She LIED.

Go cart came to me "mostly assembled"... It came to me with an engine on a frame and wires ran, thats about it. The shocks were off, bolts for shocks were missing, my gas line had a slice in it, and the motor was not running correctly (flooding). I gave the company a chance by emailing them on 6/9/20 to address these issues but never responded. I have addressed all my issues and the go cart is currently running just fine its a nice machine but be warned after you hit buy you are on your own

They have got the 46 dollars and haven't sent any part or tracking number or anything for over a month. Having trouble getting my back also. The customers go kart is still sitting here with them not happy at all. This company is a scam artist it seems and should be shut down.

Stock issues meant a refund was eventually issued after I asked for shipping confirmation several times over 3 week period. The one item that was shipped included the MCO in the crate but it was not filled out and caused delays with getting it titled.

They will sleep on you!
I ordered a gokart back in late May and paid by check. I was aware the check had to clear the bank before they could ship, ok. They deposited the check, and about a week later I asked them why my order hasn’t shipped yet, to which they responded “takes 1-2 weeks to ship”. So 2 weeks in, I messaged them again about the order and mentioned that it should ship the week of June 15th because it has been 2 weeks, and all they responded with was “we’ll update the order”.
As I write this, we’re going on 3 weeks since my payment has been processed, and it STILL hasn’t shipped! I could understand that being in a pandemic they may be facing shipping challenges, but they need to come out and say that upfront, not just leave me to guess.
I really hope they ship soon, or else I’ll have to consider filing a small claims action against them to get my money back. This is my first time buying from these folks, and it’s probably the last.
Update 7/9/2020: GoKarts USA told me last week that the ETA for the Go-kart is mid July. Well, mid July is the 15th. Today’s the 9th, and it STILL hasn’t even shipped yet! It’s probably safe to say it’s not getting here by the 15th.
Update 7/15/2020: Yeah I ended up just canceling the order and asking for a refund. I’m so sick of waiting on these guys.
Update 9/5/2020: GoKarts USA saw this review and reported it to Trustpilot because they think it violates the rules. I’ve made edits so that’s no longer the case.

I made an order on June 1st and it’s now the 18th and my order hasn’t even shipped yet.

Horrible experience !! Missing parts from the order & could not get a straight answer from anyone in customer service. Sent emails for 2 months and now they offer me a refund--- all while a customers side by side was sitting in my garage. Luckily, the customer was at his lake house for the summer. This company lacks a sense of urgency in getting the parts delivered to the customer. I do not recommend GoKarts USA for your needs, I'll shop Amazon or Ebay in the future.
