Tried to report damaged seat belt and missing parts but got nowhere with the ridiculous support team.Gave them explanation and pictures and got no answers. Finally gave up gonna new belts of higher quality. It's a shame u can't talk to a person.

Purchased a dirt bike that the website…
Purchased a dirt bike that the website said was in-stock, except it really wasn't come to find out. They took my money though and said the bike would ship within 3 weeks. Here it is 3 weeks later and no communication at all from this company. I can only email and they don't respond. I'll never do business again with them. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

9 days after I placed my order I…
9 days after I placed my order I reached out to them to inquire why my battery hadn't shipped was then told it was out of stock and was refunded while there site still said it was in stock. Gokart masters seems more reliable and fast shipping I ordered multiple items for my mid xrx in 2019 from them and was instantly emailed and refunded within days when they went to ship and 1 of my items was no longer available.
There is NO customer service
There is NO customer service. Unanswered e-mails. Unanswered text messages. A chat bot that can't actually answer basic service questions. A "Live" chat feature that just lets you sit in a queue... until it disconnects you. No phone number to talk to anyone put leave a message...which will go unanswered.
Their website states that the MSOs (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) will be shipped with the item or mailed within 10 days of you receiving the order. They don't do this. You need to pester them!! As difficult as they make it for you to do.
After numerous attempts to get these documents, we still have not received them. BBB complaint filed.
Update: 35 days have passed and they still have not delivered the MSO documents.
The reply to my complaint is not accurate.
The MSO's received on July 14 were not complete. They were unacceptable to the Illinois Secretary of State. After numerous attempts to contact GoKartsUSA, I returned the MSO's on July 23rd and included a detailed letter informing them of the missing information and listing the steps they needed to take to complete the documentation. On August 10th they mailed new MSO's to me which I received on August 13th. They were incorrect as to the model and engine size. I notified them immediately of the error. On August 14th they acknowledged the mailing of incorrect documents. On August 28th GoKartsUSA received the correct MSO's from the manufacturer. On September 1st they mailed the corrected and completed MSO's to me. I received them today, September 5th. Three months after receiving the scooters! The warranty period is 90 days.

I have not received my refund from my first order that I cancelled and I reordered and they billed my credit card again but have not shipped yet. Not happy at all so I have 2 credit cards billed and no product and no refund for the first cancelled shipment.

I have emailed, called, tried texting...nothing!! When I did get a response, it would be a rude 2 word reply without any helpful information. AVOID this company! Order from someone who cares about their customers and doesn't lie about shipment and delivery dates. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER PLACED ON 5/24!! I never leave reviews, but this was by far the most disappointing experience with customer service. Plans are now ruined because of gokartsusa.com

I have not received my product yet.
I have not received my product yet. I finally got the part after 3 weeks and it was the wrong part. I gave the VIN number so the part should be correct. I have sent a help text to call me and have not heard back. I don't see a phone number on website to call them. So looks like I'm at their mercy.

Hello customer service?
I ordered a bolt on kit for my 6.5hp clone. 6 days later, I received an email saying my order had partially shipped but was showing my bolt on kit had shipped... no additional information. Shipping took a little over a week rather than the 4 days quoted, not necessarily their fault considering the COVID stuff happening so I blew that off. I received my parts... everything except the top plate that was included with the kit. Obviously that was my partial shipment. 5 more days went by.. still no top plate so I decided to contact customer service regarding my order, only to find they do not have any...customer service that is. You will be brought through an automated system system loop that never connects you to anyone. They also offer a text in option, so I also tried that. I sent over a text last Thursday, today is Monday.. still no reply. Will I ever receive my top plate? Who knows?
I got tired of waiting for an answer and my part so I went to a competitor and received my part within 3 days from the time I placed the order.
I am beyond frustrated with your lack of communication so I hope this message makes it to any potential buyers. If you are going to have ANY questions about anything regarding your order. Steer clear.

No inventory
No inventory. I ordered two go kart buggy’s in stock was told 5 days later there not in stock after being charged for them.
So there response was to check the inventory. Which I did before I gave them my credit card to place my order!
Maybe go kart USA should update there inventory so customers do not place orders on out of stock inventory that says in stock like I did.
Even better thing they could do is not except your payment if there out of stock. Yes there inventory is on every page, but’s it not up to date. Basically it’s wrong. Great response check inventory. 🤣 Like that’s not the first thing ya customers do!!!

Afraid to purchase
I actually never received the utv, I paid with my credit card only to be told 3 days later my order was put on hold that I needed to go to my bank and do a wire transfer... I thought this sounded strange but I went to my bank and they advised me to cancel my credit card get a new one and to not do a wire transfer.
