Placed an order in June. Still no Go Kart to this Day in Aug. 3 months later after ordering something that they said was in stock. Then changed to backorder after they have your money. This is an aweful experience and is still not over. I will not look for this business ever again! Had to file a paypal dispute now and waiting to hear something...... Anything!

I ordered a $9 gas cap and 2 $2 gas…
I ordered a $9 gas cap and 2 $2 gas return springs. I was charged $16 in shipping and handling. I agreed to the $16 shipping because I really needed the springs. The order arrived to my surprise with only the gas cap and no other information. There's no way to contact them directly (I wonder why), so I emailed them about the missing parts. I received a return email saying they would refund me the $4 for the two springs. I responded by saying I didn't want the $4, that I needed the springs and would never had paid the $16 shipping for just a gas cap. A day later I received an email simply stating 'Support (GoKarts USA®)Aug 7, 2020, 2:32 PM PDT
they are not available anywhere right now sorry'. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN..........

No Cust Serv, 3 Wks later, No order
I placed an order on July 9th. They charged my card the full $1200 the next day. According to their website and customer service recorded phone line, the average delivery time is 5-7 days. It does state on the homepage of the site that they are experiencing delays due to high demand. This is completely understandable so I waited 2 weeks (double the normal delivery time) for them to ship my order. Still nothing. I tried emailing, texting, live chatting and calling and could not reach a human. The emails and texts don't receive a response, the live chat is automated, highlights key words from your messages and replies with generic answers that may or may not apply to your questions. The phone number is even more of a joke. It's also automated and sends you in circles. I also went on to their site to request a callback 4 days ago. Still nothing. I get the production and shipment delays during COVID but an update and a reply is expected. I can't even cancel my order because their systems are a joke. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card. I'd say they have the worst customer service but they don't have any service at all.

Good Value, But Some Design Issues and Slow, Unhelpful Tech Support
07-24-20: We've now had the Trailmaster Mid XRX assembled for a week. Assembly was pretty self evident for an experienced mechanic or karter, but that is good because printed instructions for actual assembly are practically non-existent. You can find videos for assembly on YouTube, though. After the first 10-15 minutes of running, the engine began to sputter, then died and could not be restarted immediately. It was as if it had run out of fuel. So, my grandsons patiently waited about 15 minutes while I checked over the fuel system. The supplied fuel filter is opaque, so it was very difficult to see if there was any fuel flowing. After checking things over, we tried to start it again and it fired right up. The boys rode it for another 10-15 minutes at which time it again began to sputter and died, just as it did the first time. This time I examined the fuel filter more closely and determined that it had indeed starved itself of fuel. I contacted Tech Support and two days later received a reply that the carburetor was probably dirty and the jets clogged. In my over 40 years of being a mechanical engineer, kart racing and 20 years of restoring classic motorcycles, I have never had a dirty carburetor be the reason for an engine running fine for 10 minutes, then sputter and die, only to be fine again 15 minutes later. Nevertheless, I tore down the carb, but while having it apart inspected the fuel line and petcock on the gas tank. From my experience, they appeared to be very small, allowing only a trickle of gasoline. But, I reassembled everything and once again it ran fine for 10 minutes then sputtered and died until we let it rest for 15 minutes whereupon it ran fine again for 10 minutes. After contacting Tech Support again, two days later I received a reply that stated, "must be a bad jet". This time I bought a new petcock and a clear fuel filter correctly sized for a 6.5 HP engine, and replaced all the undersized fuel line with 1/4" fuel line. It's been running fine since and wearing out my grandsons. No more short, 10 minutes on, 15 minutes off. I had been planning on buying two more of these for my other grandson's families, but will reconsider another company.
09/04/20 Update: GoKarts USA needs to reread my very objective review. Not only am I a qualified mechanic with years of experience in building and racing go karts and motorcycles, but I also have taught mechanical engineering laboratories including machine shop, welding, small engine repair, etc. at a major Big Twelve university. I stand by my professional review of design issues which I remedied.

Had to meet the delivery truck at a parking lot about a half a mile away from my home... semi couldn't make it to my home. Accepted the crate even though the crate frame had been damaged by a forklift during shipping. Reported the damage to both the shipper & Go Karts USA. Was surprised to find that the Mini Bike was made in CHINA! Opened the bent crate and assembled the bike. Found no actual damage to the mini bike itself! Filled the gas tank & road it around my neighborhood with total satisfaction! Thanks glad I didn't refuse receipt due to shipping damage! (btw took the bent steel crate framing & made a shelf out of it over my work bench)

Bought an Apollo 110cc dirt bike
Bought an Apollo 110cc dirt bike. The engine is fine but the transmission binds and locks up. Tried calling for support and to order parts and nobody ever picks up or returns calls. Have less than 10hrs on the bike and it was driven by a 8 year-old at 20 mph.

Go Kart is awesome!
Ordering was easy (just pay attention to slight differences in products) but due to COVID shipping was slower than normal. And of course we were impatient due to excitement. But the Go Kart is awesome! We ordered ours partially assembled so the little assembly that was left for us was easy and manageable. My wife actually put it together and left the initial fluid changes and start up to me. Our son absolutely LOVES it and so do we!

I was looking to purchase a scooter from them. I tried contacting them to verify the availability. Over the course of a few days I've tried their fake live chat (which is just an A.I. bot), texting and emailing.....CRICKETS and more CRICKETS. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

By far the worst ordering experience in 30 years..
By far the worst company and experience in 30 years. Contacted GoKartsUSA through their text service since they dont have a phone number to call about ordering an item, turnaround time and to make sure it was available before I sent over 4000 dollars. I was told 1 to 2 weeks to ship and instead of an answer about availability, I get told to check the "active inventory list" atop their webpage. I did this, and saw the item was in stock.
So I placed my order, and waited a couple days to be told that I have to wire transfer the money to them instead because 4000 dollars is too much to make a purchase on a card with them. Transfer was done the next morning and the following day the order went to "fulfillment in progress" which means its prepping for shipping according to their website. Fast forward over a week, I send a support ticket to see where the item is. I get a reponse over a day later saying that it will be 1 to 2 weeks out, after previously giving me the same answer. After I ask for more information, a day later I get another response saying they are out of stock and wont be avaiable for a month and a half.
Unacceptable.
I asked for a refund of my money and how long it would be to receive my refund. I was told 24-48 hours so I waited 48 hours, 4 days, a week, now here at 2 weeks and I have yet to see a penny back into my account. Im not sure how this company is still in business. Awful would be a compliment to them and a 1 star review is being generous. Trust everyone elses negative reviews, they are correct. STAY AWAY.

We bought two mini bikes from GoKarts
We bought two mini bikes from GoKarts, and we have had nothing but problems with one of them. They were assembled correctly together, they were broken in properly together, and we have owned them less than a week. The one we have had problems with kept cutting off randomly, we adjusted the throttle a few times, still cuts out. Now it’s began to smoke horribly with blue smoke, so it’s obviously burning oil. Again, not even a week old. Yesterday we couldn’t start it so we pulled the spark plug and it was burnt unlike any I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen many. We replaced it, got it running again, but still burning oil. We believe it’s the cylinder rings that are bad. So when we looked at the 90 day warranty, we found we would have to ship the motor back out of pocket, oh and the best/worst part, there is a list of parts not covered under warranty, and valve rings are of course not covered. A new engine cost less than $150, which would most likely be our best bet, considering what’s NOT covered. Again, this bike is less than a week old!

Wouldn't accept PayPal as advertised wanted wire transfer for UTV purchase
We placed an order using PayPal credit as the option and all went through, then we receive a message that they would not accept PayPal credit for purchase of the UTV's that it was too big of an item to purchase that way that they wanted a wire transfer or check payment only. That is a red flag there. Why offer 0% interest as an option when financing through PayPal credit but then say you do not take that after the purchase??? That gave us a big red flag and we would not just give money through a wire transfer as we wanted the promotional financing. We ended up buying elsewhere to take advantage of the promotional financing they would not honor. Felt like a scam when we got the emails asking for wire transfers.....

UPDATE to their reply. It was in my husbands name, order number 20210547. You cannot advertise promotional financing on an item then not honor it! You made PayPal an option to pay with and no where does it state on your site that you will not take PayPal for the side by side purchases. We wanted to purchase a trail master 150x from you, but we are enjoying it now from the other place that delivered it in less than a week from purchase with PayPal's special offer they advertised on their site.

Cant fulfill an order. No customer service at all.
Waited over two weeks and they never fulfilled the order. Tried the text message service, didn't work. Online chat, good luck waiting in the queue. Phone call.... no. Finally after an email to just cancel my order, I get a single word response, "Done".
