Place absolutely sucks

Place absolutely sucks! Will not buy anything there. Cannot get a hold of anyone ever. Place an order took two months and delivered to the wrong address. I called 15 times a day no response. I called the carrier 5 times to switch my address and confirmed off the ship label and still they delivered to the wrong address after sitting in their warehouse for over a week. So frustrated you can’t even get parts for the products you buy and when you click on help tab or warrantee it just takes you to an icon page you can’t click on. If I can give a negative star I wish I could. I have submitted request after another and nothing in return. I was even given the wrong tracking from them where it was corrected by mistake when I called the carrier for an update to find it was still in Texas after a month of ordering they still haven’t picked it up. Absolutely 💯 a joke of a joke. I just wish they’d call back so I can get a lever for my Egl a15 choke set up. It’s on the handle bar not on the carb. Came broken as well as a bunch of bashes and scratches.

Weld jobs on frijole

Was really looking forward to the frijole frame until i got it with terrible welds! Gotta mess up the paint job now to fix someones work,sad to see this kinda job done on a made is USA frame

Did not help after item pick up by people delivering. Item suppose to be here today and nothing. Been talking to shipping place they are the only ones to help. This place is a joke and horrible!!!!!

I’m very happy with my dirt bike got it…

I’m very happy with my dirt bike got it faster then I expected no issues at all. Only thing is I still haven’t received my free gift with my order. I reached out to them several times through text and live chat got the same message each time “ i will get an email shorty with the tracking information” never happened I’ve had my bike over a month. I’m pleased with the bike but the amount I spent I was offered a free gift I expect that free gift.

I was very pleased at the easy and simple order process it was quick and simple to use! My customer service agent was very helpful in explaining any questions I had. Great experience and I would reccomend this company to anyone! Thank you!

If 0 was an option I would choose it. Been waiting for my order since 12/2020, a full 3 months. Items still have not been sent. Customer service has canceled my order, been rude and shown a lack of following up when items were in stock. Good prices but expect to do all of the heavy lifting yourself and don't trust them when they say they have shipped an item, follow up yourself or they will rob you blind.

Great pricing

I was able to find a bike I've been trying to hunt for a while for a great price. The other sites I've looked at have extortionate prices but I'm glad I came across a reasonably priced site.

Great product

Great product. Easy assembly. Mine had been tipped or something in shipping and filled the engine with oil and locked up on first starts. I managed to clear out most of the oil but it ran pretty bad and smoked a lot even after the oil cleared. I contacted support and without hesitation they shipped a new engine. I installed the engine (not easy, but not too bad). Kart runs perfect and more power than my boy needs for now. I would recommend this product and supplier to anyone! Thank you team. My boy is in love with it and should be for some time. Cheers.

Yes indeed Robert,
Oil can leak during transit.

The crate gets turned every way during shipping.
Even though the oil is mostly drained at the Factory,
Oil can and does leak.

You will see lots of white smoke when this happens.
It can take 5-6 hours or more for the oil to burn off
But there is no damage to the engine. It's just oil

But I see the guys sent you e new engine.

If your a dealer this manufacturer has absolutely the worst customer service you will ever experienced I promise.. selling this brand has cost us countless amount of man hours because customers don’t want to pay because they owned the cart for 5 seconds and something is already broke due to defect in machine they won’t even pay labor for any defects that the unit was sold with.. example I had a customer that the motor was smoking badly they day he bought it they said they will send a new motor but cust is to pay labor well now the customer is paying 900 dollars extra for something that is a straight defect.. Robert Belmont and Arron can’t even read a manual to help give tech support.. absolutely garbage I will never use them again

Able to find parts easily

I lost a couple of parts for a buggy I've had for a while but luckily I was able to find replacement parts from these guys. Most of them are available which has definitely been a lifesaver!

These guys Rock!

Contacted the text support phone number to see when a motor would get to where I live, the response was quick and easy and I bought the motor on the spot! No one else has them in stock so it worked out great, can’t wait to put it in my 3 wheeler and start rippin! Thanks again GoKarts USA you guys rock!

We love them!

The kids got super excited when I showed them the dirt bikes and karts these guys had to offer. We had someone else in the family use them in the past and can't wait to take it out for a spin more often!

Buyer Beware!

I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!

Oh David, this is a classic!
Always keep your battery on a Battery Tender when not in use.
Customers are surprised to learn that a battery can discharge in as little as 72 hours.

If you do not want to replace your battery frequently,
Keep it on a Battery Tender.

We carry a good one on our site that will not fry your battery.
It has a Quick Connect pigtail that you can attach to your battery.

Also, sounds like your choke cable needs a minor adjustment.

They sent me a POS Go-Kart.

They sent me a POS. After 30 minutes of runtime, the engine died. Their warranty process is a joke, now I'm stuck with a go-kart that doesn't run. I have spent countless hours trying to get them to fix or provide me a replacement engine. Running back and forth to small engine mechanics. I'm so pissed off. DO NOT BUY THE CRAP THEY'RE SELLING.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Go Kart.

If you are having difficulty with assembly, setup or repairs,
Your best bet is to have a mechanic do it.
That's what the manufacturer's warranty requires.

Unhappy with gokart and customer service

We waited a long time for the gokart to arrive only to find the paint all messed up because it was boxed with wet paint. On top if that we were supposed to her gloves and goggles and didn't. To top it off, I have called left messages, and even emailed I haven't gotten any response.

Never Again!

I will NEVER order from this company again! Ordered in December.. thru various emails and text messages was told Kart would ship this week or next week.. status says order is being fulfilled.. yet when I messaged them they are now saying mid To late April before my daughter gets her Christmas gift. RIDICULOUS!

The worst company ever!!!!!

I ordered an item for my son since the company had good reviews. I learned after 30 days later that the item would not arrive until March. I wasn't notified until I called and sent a text. Now, they are not willing to give me my refund. I am livid with the fact that I spent money on something I will not receive and can't get my money back.
I would give them no rating but can't do it. They get 1 star from me!!!!!!!
