Their service is poor

Their service is poor. If u are comfortable with having to chat them up frequently to resolve just one issue then you should choose them. I am presently planning to move all my domains from them

The worst hosting company on earth.
We made sure our hosting renewal fees where paid before due date they went ahead and suspend account even after all payment bank receipt.
I will greatly discourage any one.
We will be moving to a more responsible platform.

Scam, they dont control anything

i dont know if they actually do anything than to collect money, after they collect money na you go dey run after them to resolve issue and any small thing they will say they not incharge. You guys scammed me N20k and N5k Good not just that been suing you guys since 2022 january and been trying to stay with you with all attack and fraustration you've been giving this is the end i really hate ur customer care (Philip O) imagien the guy warning me the way i am chatting almost want to beat me online then close conversation without resolve getting angry........na only Godsent O calm me and chat me well

They hold your business hostage and ask for unwarranted payments. Do business with them at your own risk.

Very Poor Customer Service. Adeola A. (One of their representatives) has the worst etiquette. Should not be employed any where as a customer care representative. Totally ignores your messages deliberately. While holding one's business hotage. And even after making the so called payments. they've just ignored me all through

WHOGOHOST IS A SCAM

there pple were trying to scam us there server will be down and they ll ask us to pay that our host was hacked... after making the payment they will unsuspend the account then after 72 hours they will suspend it again and ask to pay another payment of 15$

Terrible experience.

Today makes it 5 days or so that my website and email hosting is down. This people didn't reply emails, messages or anything. Only for me to go on twitter and saw a meagre update on the issue.

You are holding businesses hostage and you're talking nonsense. After this issue, I'm transferring my domain.

WhoGoHost are terrible hosting service…

WhoGoHost are terrible hosting service providers. I have been using them for a while but it seems they are getting worse by day. This is second outage I have with them. Today August 18th 2023 I have been trying since morning to access cpanel to ant of the 2 hosting services I have with them but I couldn't. I sent them mail since morning and now I am writing this review at night, they are yet to reply. This hosting provider should be banned.

Very bad exprience Scammers and group of thieves

Very bad exprience with is company they suspended my account telling us they are migrating from one server to another.
they are real scammer and Allah will surely take them down to hit the earth Insha Allah.
Since Monday 13th August 2023 I did not sleep because of the databases they hold telling us they are migrating. they are thiefs Wallahi i did not forgive them.

Do not host your website on this company, they'll trick you into paying for their hosting services and after the payment, they'll go on to suspend your website saying it's a suspicious domain, they are scam, they are scam, bunch of scammers, do not say I didn't warn you, i am a victim and i wouldn't want you to be one, save your self.

First of all, na dem server wey slow pass tortoise wey chop ogbono. You go wait taya before ya website go even see road. E go shock you say you fit carry belle, born pikin, and e never load finish. Na wickedness be dat!

As if dat one no do, dem customer service na zero. Dem no send person, na mumu dem be. You go send mail, dem no go answer. You go call, dem go dey do I too busy. Dem no dey even send dem village people answer phone sef. Na wa o! Dem no get time for customers, dem just dey do "come and be going" customer service. Dem think say na play?

Abeg, make I no even start about dem downtime wahala. E be like say dem dey use our website do hide and seek. Sometimes e go dey online, next moment e go disappear like Nigerian politician. Dem dey use us shine dem yansh for public. Dem no get respect at all!
