The customer support services has greatly improved. They gave prompt response to me and I was able to buy domain and hosting with ease. They also have a 2FA feature that adds additional layer of security to my account, I really enjoyed trying it out.

I wish I could have rated you guys…
I wish I could have rated you guys better, but am completely disappointed that my files were deleted from the server less than a month after my plan expired, what a reasonable business should is set up multiple reminders on expiring plans, but this one won't disregarding the cost and time it takes to build files on the server all contents and emails gone just like that without option of recovery and a silly email suggesting I can buy a fresh hosting. Completely not bothered about what a loss I might be facing. Just unbelievable.
