Scammers I have lost alot of money on this company nothing is working out if you want to die young try this whogohost company you can't even sleep I wish I can give them zero review

I think I'm having a great time with them.....

They have terrible service...infact the worst have encountered in my entire experience as a dev. Their customer care can never solve any of your ticket complain. These people are clueless. The time they have to solve the issue, they will use it to tell you sorry. ,

Anything you are dong in this life, avoid whogohost, they are more of a scam than a hosting company, if you want a fast and reliable website, please avoid that Host called WHOGOHOST.

Poor customer support even when your website is down, nobody responds to you

I have been hosting my clients websites with them for over 5 years now and I can say I'm disappointed every time, I stayed with them because I thought things will change, no matter the plan you bought, the slow website loading is still there, the 'unable to connect' is still there, they are worst I swear I need a recommendation where I can be hosting without issues.

I regret hosting my client website with them

Their customer support is 0%, you can't rely on them. Seems like it's just a group of local unserious friends that's running the company.

Worst Hosting Company I know, their customers service is too poor, slow , delayed response. They are making me sick. New website pending, no body to talk to

Bad company. hosting and domain are trash.

This Hosting Company is a Scam. They Trick you into registering a domain, pay for it and letter come up with a story that you can not use it because it's suspicious.

How can I private Domain name to Demo a project be suspicious?
Why Did you let me register it and pay successfully?
How can they tell me to bring CAC Docs, MERMAT, MOI,etc for a demo work that is not tied to a company.

When you tell them to refund they tell you stories.
Isn't that extortion?

Their Host service is the slowest ever you will see anywhere.

These guys are criminals. I bought a domain for them which they sent me a mail that it was successful.

For 4 whole months I kept trying to use the domain and it wasn't working. Only for me to contact these criminals and they told me the name was withheld! How?.

When I opened a ticket and you told me you've fixed it and everything was fine and now you are telling me a different story.

Alright fix it they are busy giving me stories. I told them ok, since they can't get the domain name registered they should refund me and they have refused.

Ok fix the issue and they have refused.

This is not the first time I'm having a bad experience with them!

I have 3 websites running on their platform and the experience has been horrible.

I've had to abandon the websites cos it was just too slow

I kept running into issues after issues and I got tired.

This one, I just said ok its only a domain name there won't be a problem and to my greatest shock, it's going to 5months now and I haven't gotten or used a domain name I for and they have refused to do a refund.

This is a very bad hosting company😡
I can comfortably call them scam
The fail to offer good services
And then have the worst customer support
Don’t host with whogohost
You will regret it

Am a website designers and have tried different hosting companies in Nigeria. Have never for once been disappionted by the Whogohost Team, Their Customer and Technical support is ACE.

I love there customer service, they are timely and efficient.

This is the most uninformed company.

I requested a cancellation of a domain I purchased from this company. Their control panel does not give you option to cancel your domain and to make matters worse.

When I sent them a request for domain cancellation, they responded that they cannot cancel an active domain.

I can't believe this company have no understanding that domains can be cancelled before expiration at customer's request.
