Just used GloverPriest to do the conveyancing to sell my house. I found Sally and Amina very responsive and helpful in keeping me informed on the whole process. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I first accompanied my mother when she had an appointment to see Roanna who helped her update her will, after the death of my father.
I was very impressed with how professional yet friendly and empathetic she was throughout the whole appointment, so much so that myself and my husband have appointed her to do our wills’, We have in turn recommend her to another family member.

Glover Priest are my mum’s solicitors during her house sale & purchase, and their dishonesty and mishandling of the case have caused her unbelievable stress—so much so that it has began to impact her health.

From the start, they have been unreliable, evasive, and completely unprofessional. Key documents were mishandled, promises were made and broken, and we were repeatedly misled about progress. My mum had to chase them constantly, only to be ignored or given excuses. Important deadlines were missed with no explanation, and their incompetence turned what should have been a straightforward sale & purchase into a nightmare.

Their complete lack of care or accountability has made an already stressful situation far worse. No one should have to go through this, especially not someone who put their trust in professionals to handle such an important matter. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

If you do make the mistake of choosing these to represent you let's hope you do not get assigned Stephanie like my mother has.

I purchased my property 2 years ago. My mortgage broker offered this company, and their Tamworth office dealt with my case. Now I'm in the process of remortgaging, and my present solicitor informed me I'm not in the land registry as proprietor. So I contacted Gloverpriest with an email enquiry. They responded, assuring me their post completion team would address this. This has been several weeks ago, since then I've sent them several emails, no response, I called them, no answer, and now not sure what to do.
Frustrating that these kinds of people are charging you days worth of salary to do a few minutes job, they don't do it, then they are just ignoring you.

I had a drawn-out completion following an initial buyer who pulled out while haggling for a discount. I wouldn't bargain on the price. Mohammed, Rhys, and the team stuck by me, along with a great estate agent, and saw me home the second time around. The dashboard was super clear, which is online and digital. They dealt with anomolies, including a clause somewhere in something about farm rent from 60 years ago!! Recommended.

My purchase completion was done very quickly, with the minimum of fuss and great communication thoughout. Chloe was excellent all the way through and the final bonus was completing a week earlier than expected. Thank you Chloe, highly recommend!
