They have been a total nightmare dealing with my late Mother's estate. They never reply to emails. Really not a professional service. I have my will with Glover Priest but I am now having a new one drawn up as I do not want to deal with them again.

Glover Priest appeared to be good through out the transaction for the purchase of our first home.

However, we are now selling out property and it has become apparent that they failed to raise a lot of enquiries which is now costing us money to rectify. I appreciate that some things can be missed but they are not cheap and I expected the job to be done well and correctly. Very disappointed.

The experience I have had with Elizabeth and her team (Nadine and Amanda) at Glover Priest has been second to none! We tasked them with the impossible of helping us complete prior to the stamp duty deadline and gave them 7 short weeks to achieve the unthinkable. Not only did they help us achieve this, but they did it in such a manner I have NEVER experienced with solicitors. As an ex-estate agent of 15 years, I have had my fair dealings with conveyancers and legal firms but these ladies have been fantastic from start to finish. Kept totally in the loop from start to finish, things were done when they said they were going to be done and properly. No corners cut and thorough despite the pressing time frame. I have already passed out their details amongst my agency contacts and will continue to do so. They are by no means the cheapest firm on the market (although they are competitive) but the adage 'you get what you pay for' certainly rings true here!
