Tried to pay both of my childrens insurance plans, have done this before you changed the web page. Continually kept going back to wanting to send me a code. this happened 4 times and still couldn't get to the page. it kept going back to wanting to send code.Spent almost an hour trying to get this to work. Finally gave up and had to send by mail. Your page is useless.

My mom paid globe life insurence 14 years and at the time of her death they denied me. A 6 weeks window left to a 2 yr kook back they claimed her fraud and misrepresented her health and stole 14 years if premiums without paying out they are the worst bad faith insurence company anyone can go for ! Avoid them like the plague

It's quick and easy. The only down side is the new website doesn't save payment information. You have to enter it every time annoying.

I have several policies that are due at the same time. My issue is not being able to pay them at one time like before you changed your website. Now I have to pay one at a time and enter all my information each time. Need to be able to pay once for all policies that are due at that time.

New website format is confusing
I have two policies. I pay them every 3 months. I went to the website to pay on one of the policies and it said I was past due an odd amount. I paid it but was confused on how I got behind. At this time, I noticed the website had totally changed. The new format was very confusing. Then, I received an email requesting the same payment amount. I went to the website and realized they had begun billing me monthly. A few days later, I received a payment notice in the mail for the other policy. It, too, was for only one month. Also, I had signed up for paperless billing and had to reenter all my bank information to make an online payment. I again went to the website and by accident I found where I could pay for the three months. I feel they are trying to make me pay monthly so that I end up paying more on my policies.
This has taken more time than I want to spend on making a simple payment. I am contemplating cancelling both policies. After 29 years with them, I expected better.

I was scammed by an agent of Globe life/AM insurance company. His name is Antrell Redmond. He intentionally miss-soled life insurance policy for my family. Told us we could get a cash value of 10%(Policy amount) which I later found out is false after paying $133 monthly premium for more than 12 months. This has caused me so much emotional stress, as I have lost this monies for no reason

0 stars would be preferred for this company. Bought a home policy for 6 months paid up front. I received my policy contract. Then a few weeks later I receive a bill. I called to talk to customer service they claim they never received payment. Then how do you send out a policy, For non payment? I sent them the info that they did receive and cashed my check.
I asked them to cancel it and send my money back. My request was denied. Claiming ( premiums paid during the policy period are considered earned by the company for coverage provided). I have been loyal customer for over 15 years. I'm done with this company! I will not renew.!
