As indicated when you placed the order, the product should be available at the end of September. Once we receive them, we'll debit your card and send them over.

Read the small print
Like the product (la plagne 3D mountains) however pictures showed within a frame which wasn’t included.im sure there will be smallprint that says this but it could be made clearer to the consumer to avoid the mistake fir others. Given there was no frame thought it was expensive at £50 for picture and £20 postage.

No effort to protect the skis with packaging . Scuff marks from transit were evident , which makes look a bit second hand . Nice skis though and prompt delivery at a good discount .
