Far to slow on delivery no communication at all

Ok, so first the good bits. The item i bought was good, and also at a reasonable price and the staff responded to my emails quickly, and with courtesy. BUT... The reason I bought from them (because I could of have the same item cheaper from elswhere) was their advertised quick dispatch time, and the fact they used Royal mail rather than Evri. The item i bought weighs 25gm (without packaging) and I was charged £20 for delivery from France to the UK. I felt this would have been ok if delivery was going to be quick. But they used a budget delivery option that took just shy of 2 weeks. I had to contact them after a few days because my order had not yet been processed. They said it had been delayed (no reason for that) and that it would be dispatched soon. 4 days after the order the tracking updated to "were expecting it" and that's where it remained until it arrived in the UK. I just feel like I could have paid less elsewhere, and got it just a quick, if not quicker. Ive had items with free postage delivered from China faster. All in all, im happy with the product. But I felt a paid a premium for cheap postage. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Packaging for skies was terrible worst I’ve ever known literally just put in a box no foam no wrap nothing

Great value skis and the delivery was less than a week. All costs covered by Glissop as well (no import taxes!). Would definitely recommend, and will be buying from these guys again.

Just taken delivery of a pair of skis and bindings. The price was better than the UK so I went for them. The site asked lots of questions about my height, weight boot sole length, ability, age for the correct fitting of the binding. The skis arrived in a proper ski box and well packed, the spring loaded sole plate held in the down position, basically there was no danger of damage in transit.

Purchased a Nemo Eclipse Regular Wide mat that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Delivery took a while from France but that was to be expected. Mat it great and just what I need thanks.

Great service. I had read that it can take a while for delivery but I was very pleased and I was able to track my ski’s. Less that two weeks and they have already been sent to Santa for my Christmas present this year. Highly recommend this company.

This was my second purchase of skis from Glosshop. Both times I was very happy with the service and the delivery.

Bought a pair of of Maui Jim sunglasses from Glisshop. They cost £50 less than anywhere I could find in the UK, including the postage from France to the UK.

Took about 10 days for them to arrive, which was quicker than they stated.

Apologies for a review in English, but my French isn't good enough (yet)! I was looking for a particular ski jacket that I liked the look of and found it available on a few sites. I don't tend to buy clothes online as I like to try things on, but decided to try Glisshop as the price was really good (with customs tax for the UK already included) and a return was possible if it turned out I didn't like the jacket. I needn't have worried - the dispatch-to-delivery time was exactly as promised, and I really like the jacket. A really good experience all round.

Easy ordering. Good price. Taxes and duties included. Well packaged and received in good condition. Recommended.

All good so far but your packaging considering they are glasses is totally inadequate and im surprised your not inundated with complaints for breakages but apart from that

I ordered matching Rossignol ski jacket and ski pants because they were both described as being the colour 'Golden Gate' (basically a bright orange). But when they arrived, the two items were different shades completely!
