The website is excellent, easy to navigate and with full information about the products. The mobility scooter we puchased is perfect for my husband, sturdy and well made and so easy to fold and unfold.

Went to look, liked what I saw, bought the Elite. Service was excellent. Spent some time adapting to the control system, which once mastered is very good. You must ensure the front wheels are not sideways, easily manipulated by A move either forward or backwards. I ordered a headrest to go with the Elite, it is my only problem as it does not work well and at an early opportunity I will be seeking a solution. The delivery was fine and the ordering system in store was excellent.

Good sturdy item

Visited Studley Grange unit staff very friendly and helpful. Went with intention of buying a certain type of wheelchair which was very well made. Advised to look at a combi walker with seat that can be easily converted into a wheelchair not having considered that type before. Bought it and well pleased well made sturdy mobility aid.

at “GLEBE MOBILITY”. I have over the years, purchased a number of different mobility items and aids from them, and can honestly say they are by far, the best company I have ever dealt with. Whatever your situation, and whatever help you may need, in deciding what type of mobility equipment you may require, they are always happy to advise and assist you. They without a doubt, most definitely deserve a full “FIVE STAR RATING”

I found your company good all around, especially in email communication; I cannot communicate any other way.
Your communication about financial issues and collecting existing projects was quick, and you answered all my questions well. My only issue was that you need two hands to get the wheelchair into the upright position, and I only have one usable hand, but I manage by leaving it upright.

The wheelchair delivery left a piece of cardboard from inside the van on the road, which I find intolerable.

Excellent customer service.

Wrong info apparently given to courier meant initial scheduled Friday delivery couldn't be met - agreed rescheduling to Monday following - then suddenly rescheduled to Saturday morning - on Saturday morning got message that it couldn't be delivered - then later got message it was on a backup vehicle and would be delivered sometime Saturday -- it wasn't - by Monday morning neither sight nor sound of it so chases both Glebe and the courier - message came back "lost in depot". Cancelled the order and went to a local company. Dreadful service.

They used a knife to cut the leather to feed the controller cable through a side pocket is very poor practice and now it cant be used as a pocket, they then fixed the cable on one side without actually asking the customer if they want the controller on the left or right which was even worse. Then when queried via their customer service team about this their reply was 'that's just how it is' was frankly shocking and disappointing. The chair itself is of good quality 4 out of 5, the rest of the score is based on the company behaviour and service which is 0 out of 5

.The man who delivered the second ,correct chair, put all the instruction,charger etc underneath the chair, and I in a wheel chair cannot get them out.Total lack of thinking,and more interested in either getting home or to the next delivery. Now I have to wait until someone comes to my front door,and that could be weeks..Very pleased with Glebe with there customer service ,Thank you very much.I have not see anyone who can help me yet, I live in hope

This company really looks after you and so far their product in my case "The Sturdy" or Trusty Trudy as I call her has been exactly as described

QUICK SERVICE

Arrived as promised the one small problem I had was quickly replaced by the support team . I am very pleased with the service.

Fold flat Pro scooter, unable to place order tried telephoning over 2 days and no reply when leaving voicemails. This was reported in February 2026 and Glebe replied teething problems with new telephoning system but still an issue. They did call back and said still having telephone issues. This I find unacceptable as flagged in February and now August and still a problem.

Website easy to navigate, price very reasonable product excellent so far but only used once, she likes it, comfortable & sturdy & looks good. Kept up to date with regards delivery via txt & a phone call, the guys were nice/ helpful/ polite & delivered at the time they said, all in all, a very positive experience.

Unfortunately the wheelchair I wanted isn't in stock until October.

But I cannot fault the quick and helpful customer service. They explained and refunded very quickly.
