This company have an excellent staff, who give you their time to advice you on your order. They keep you updated by email, if you have any concern they will do what ever they can. The delivery people are also helpful about the arrival of the order.

Every time I’ve had dealings with Glebe Mobility I’ve been really impressed with their attitude to customer care. I retired from business myself a few years ago and always impressed on my staff that I didn’t pay their wages, the customer did I just passed the money from them to the staff. ‘Customer is King’ that is clearly the ethos that is used by Glebe.
A really top company to deal with, from initial order to customer services they are top.

I am very pleased with my chair, Just a slight hitch with the delivery, they were not able to assemble, so i was told they would assemble the next day , but they didn't turn up, they arrived the next day so every thing is allright.

Brochure not received and phone calls were not returned

I got my chair with in a couple of days the men there was 3 men they was very polite they took all the rubbish away

I would definitely not use this company again. My item wasn’t delivered on the day due sickness yes I know that’s not their fault but when I tried to contact them their phone lines don’t work. They’re not very helpful getting back to you by email and an actual fact in the end, I had to chase the delivery myself. They told me they wouldn’t give me a refund For My Chair as the chair wasn’t delivered overall my experience of this company was pretty poor. I would never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them.

From the moment we arrived at Studley Grange garden centre to try the Glebe powerchairs we were made to feel welcome. We didn’t have an appointment but Steve spent time with us, explaining the different options . He was not pushy at all ,just friendly and knowledgable . After searching for my perfect chair I found it ! Very happy with my Robooter E80 ultra .

My moms so happy with her scooter

The machine is perfect but I was expecting to take delivery of a ready to use scooter not one partially dismantled and stuffed in a box so tight it took me 2hrs. to get it out and ready to use. I am after all disabled

Placed a order on Thursday it was a emergency as my chair
From mcomb was ony 4 month old when the motor stopped working. And a lovely lady from this site got it pushed through as quick possible,so that's coming today. .The first chair we bought in February stopped working .then the second chair oas now the replacement chair was 4 months old this time. so I didnt want another chair. So i didnt want more rubbish from mcomb. Very impressed with this company. So thank you for all your help
