Visited Gielly Green today for highlights with Jade. After having had a few disappointing visits to other salons that previously coloured my hair, I was delighted at the precision of highlights and the shade of blonde that she blended in with my natural colour. I will definitely return and make it my salon to go! Jade took so much care to listen to my needs and I was impressed by Shy (not sure spelling of name), who was so honest with his recommendations that I knew I was in good hands instantly.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, and they keep deleting my reviews!! Still no refund!!! Paid for a full head permanent color and got only the roots, they are now dodging responsibility. Absolutely let despicable. Avoid KARL / CARL

I had my haircut by Ella Lee a few weeks ago, and I can confidently say she is an incredible hairstylist. From the moment I arrived, she took the time to carefully go through all the reference photos I brought in, really listening to what I was looking for. She didn’t rush the process at all — she was thoughtful, kind, and completely professional.

The initial cut was fantastic — beautifully done and blown out to perfection. It looked great for days. After I washed it at home, I realized I wanted a few more layers and a bit more shaping. I called the salon, and the front desk was super efficient in getting me booked back in quickly.

When I saw Ella again, she was just as warm and patient. She carefully walked me through every step of the adjustments, ensuring I felt confident and happy with the changes. She truly took her time, and I never felt rushed.

I’ve lived in Central London for over five years and have tried countless high-end salons in this city. Many of those visits left me disappointed — from uneven layers to a fringe cut far too short. Finding Ella feels like a real gift. I’ve finally found my go-to hairdresser, and I couldn’t be happier.

I love my hair but the frizz was driving me nuts and i’d tried everything! After watching an interview with Ondine I booked an appointment for Hyrolox. It’s a game changer for me. i’ve been able to keep my natural wave, my hair feels soft, looks shiny and there’s no frizz. Worth every penny. Thank you Ondine.

A wonderful experience. I always feel slightly awkward visiting hairdressers, Tito was recommended to me by my daughter. I have extremely fine hair that had grown far too long Tito managed to cut it into a shoulder length style that made my hair look much thicker. Tito is a highly skilled and experienced hairdresser, he put me at ease, I highly recommend him and Gielly Green as a salon.

Masha did an amazing job with my balayage, I had a horrible box dye and was struggling to see how it would ever be fixed and lift into the honey and natural tone i was hoping for. Masha was so professional, warm and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and i have been blown away with the results!! I will be back for sure, as she has done the most brilliant job.
Jill finished it off with the perfect cut and blow dry, she was also warm and friendly and amazing at what she does! they made a real dream team and i cant wait to come back for my next appointment. I am one very happy customer.

Poppy is an amazing gifted colourist. She knows exactly the right colour for your skin tone. I’m a natural blonde that has gradually got darker with age and she restores me back to where I want to be so naturally and the roots grow out so incredibly naturally too that you wouldn’t know! My mum also goes to Poppy and we both recommend her all the time. Apart from that Poppy is so bubbly and a joy to chat with during your time with her. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, she’s just brilliant.

Giellygreen is my favourite hair salon in London. I love going there, the place is great and I feel like stepping into a cosy bubble. Hair shampoo is a real treat and the best part is my hairdresser Maria, she is wonderful! She has done my hair for a number of years, whether for just a casual blow dry to my engagement and wedding hair, it is always the best result! Maria is a very talented professional combined with a lovely personality and I simply love going to the salon and having my hair done by her.

Maria is an amazing stylist and while I am a commuting client from Canada she knows exactly how to style my hair for corporate and personal events I attend several times a year in London. She has a lovely personality and always pays attention to my needs. Anne C

I have a regular colour done by Poppy - her intuition for choosing the right colour for my skin tone is amazing. The colour stays long and I always get lots of compliments. And we have a nice chat too.

I first went in May for a haircut with Maria. She did such a fantastic job that I decided to go back yesterday for a colour. I was looked after for three hours, with an intense, 15 minutes hair wash and scalp massage. I cannot tell you how amazing the result was. I loved it, and I am getting loads of compliments. Maria herself is very personable and friendly, and seems to know exactly what will suit me. Other staff also very friendly. I cannot wait to go back.

I went to Masha Frasin at Gielly Green on George Street and had the most amazing experience. My hair wash was amazing and they used great products. My hair cut was amazing, exactly how I wanted it. My blowout was full of volume and has lasted me a while!

I have been a client of Tito's for well over 15 years and cant recommend this hugely talented and experienced stylist enough... I am now not based in London so have to fly in for my hair cuts and I am still dazzled each time I visit by how he is able to effortlessly create such skill-full, tailored hair cuts each time. I have super thick masses of hair and Tito is a stylist who works with your hairs natural strengths to create timeless, glamorous cuts and finish - the cut is so good that it even looks fabulous in-between visits . I always leave feeling special he really does have the ability to glam up any style.

I had a terrible balayage done on my hair at my local salon and went to see Maria for a colour fix 2 months afterwards. She listened to everything I said and explained how she could cool down my colour. She took my skin tone, my age, my style and my hair type into consideration and did such a brilliant job. It has restored my confidence and I’m just so pleased. She’s brilliant.

I made a switch to Ondine to look after my hair both for Botox and styling. I have not looked back. Ondine brings energy and enthusiasm to her creativity . She is a wonderful person to work with. I get a lot of compliments on my hair these days which says a lot as it is very tricky to manage.

It was my first time for a haircut with Simone and surely it won't be the last. I loved the way he takes the time to share with you all the steps of the haircut. He was gentle and made me feel comfortable, I absolutely love my new haircut and I can't wait to try new styles with him in the future. Simone is amazing!

I have been a Regular client with SIMONE at Gielly Green George Street for over 6 years now and Cannot explain how Happy and satisfied I come out with every hair style he has given me since the first visit. Everytime SIMONE has given me the most Trending and different look which always stands out. Until I live in London SIMONE will always be my hair stylist.😍🤗🤗
