A part of stitching at the “armpit” of the bear was ripped upon arrival but it’s a very easy fixed, It could’ve been from me opening and taking the bear out I’m unsure, Other than that it is amazing

Fast delivery, well packaged, and driver was happy to help get the box inside.
Sadly, the box was so big that I had to cut it up to even get it into the lounge, but this is an observation, not a criticism.

The loveliest bear and arrived early and in very good order. Beautifully made and presented for a bear of this 2 m size.
My ill-calculation did not allow for his hugeness in my tiny little house... mea culpa, but perhaps a timely reality call for some new customers.
The local junior school has him now and he is adored by hundreds of little children.

I ordered it for Valentine's day just one day before and it was delivered on time in the morning. It was really cute. Moreover, following up on the order process through WhatsApp once I tried to be in contact with them directly, and their quick and exact response caused me to be sure about how responsible a company can be. Thank you for your quality and being responsible.

My daughter (age 6) was over the moon with her Big Ted on Christmas Day … she snuggles in bed with it every night. Quality wise though I would say it’s not quite what I’d hoped for the money and the customer service response was poor. After a few days of cuddles her bear’s stitching started to come apart under the arm … I notified customer service and was advised at my cost I could return the bear and pay for the postage back to me! I explained she’d only played with her bear for a matter of days and would expect them to cover these costs as there was a quality issue, but because I’d bought it a couple of months earlier (it was for Christmas!) they said no … we went back
and forth and they relented on the return costs but I was still expected to return the defective bear at my cost.I found the customer service attitude to the whole thing to be quite poor.
