My bear is so beautiful with loads of character ! Easy to order and delivered promptly in a sturdy box. Would definitely recommend this company.

Son bought a teddy for a xmas present but the gift was unwanted. Contacted the company to explain and said teddy was still in packaging with all tags, but they won't have it back as it is outside of 15 day return period. Who has a 15 day return period over Xmas, especially with all the delivery/postage issues?? Teddy was nice enough but expensive and colours don't really match website.

Big Ted arrived from Santa today. He is fantastic and his fur is beautiful. Made in England not China!

I have avoided leaving a review because I had a terrible experience with DPD, their chosen delivery company, and didn’t want that to reflect on the seller, but I feel the delivery is a big part of a shopping experience and it is a choice to use that delivery company.
The Teddy Bear I bought was great and better than I expected. Buying from BigTed Teddies was quick and easy and there were extra discounts. Also, there was someone to talk to on WhatsApp, which was useful up to a point but ultimately could not help to sort out the delivery problems.

The teddy is amazing, exceptionally well made. Great delivery, great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2m Big Ted for my godson's birthday. He absolutely loved it ! There was a small issue with the next day delivery option when ordering online but customer service were very quick and efficient in resolving it within minutes. It shows that they really care about the product quality and client shopping experience both! Delivery was made on time and just before the birthday party! We couldn't have asked for more! I would particularly point out that you do handwriting for the gift card, which is great.

Marianne was lovely, and was very patient and walked me through some difficulties I was facing. She helped resolve some miscommunications and was polite and friendly the entire time, honestly I'm inclined to buy another Ted for my girlfriend at the next occasion just because its a cute product, and I have a blast ordering. I am confident any issues will get resolved quickly and that gives me confidence.🙌🏾

You won't be disappointed in this choice, its giant, fluffy and soft... a bit heavy but my gf put it in the corner of the living room and she is cuddling with it every chance she gets
