They come and talk the talk, then disappear and provide nothing for the money they have taken. I chased and chased and eventually got some excuse about it being difficult in our areas at this time. Then absolute radio silence again. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Absolute dreadful communication from this company. Paid the first instalment, have not heard anything from the appointed surveyor. Have phoned and emailed many times to discuss what is happening with my case to no avail. Now threatened with court action if I don’t pay more money.

Shocking company
Shocking company. Not only do they fail to do what they say they then two years later jokingly send random invoices try to defraud you of more cash. Absolute joke. The only good reveiw could be from friends or family as everyone i have spoke to has not had a good result. Its about time the government go after these parasites.

SCAM. I've PAID THEM over £1k in 2019 and they still haven't done anything. Its now 2023... AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Today, they sent me a bill for £60 so they can appeal. I haven't asked them to appeal or heard from them in 4 years.

Serial Email Spammers - Ever heard of GDPR
Serial spammers, do not click on their unsubscribe link as this only verifies your email account as being live / valid and then you will end up on their other email lists. Are there really people silly enough to want to give business to a company spamming everyone? i suppose so, or email spam would have stopped ages ago.
