We were contacted by Get Your Rates Right to help reduce our company vatable values. All surveys and assessments that were completed on site were carried out in a professional manner. The service was excellent from start to finish and we have received a reduction in our rates. Delivered service as promised.

Terrible company. I have seen numerous 1* reviews so I tried to contact them. No one answered the phone or responded to my email. I have not paid their invoice so they have sent me lots of threatening emails. I try to call them and they won't answer instead emailing me. I am very suspicious this is scam and so am not willing to pay the invoice until I know what is going on and get to speak to someone.
They continue to send rude and professions emails while ignoring phone calls. It is an outlook email and no name is on it so you have no idea who you are even speaking to.
I would avoid getting into the business this with company purely because they are very unprofessional and from reading other reviews it seems that once you do pay you might not hear from them ever again.

Having moved into new premises & doubting the rateable value was correct we investigated an appeal & realised it was quite a daunting task. GYRR took it on & we found them to be both efficient & professional and saved us a considerable sum.

We were approached about a review several times and decided to give it a go. The rep came to site and reviewed our offices quite quickly and advised us that we would receive a rebate based on what we are paying. We agreed to go ahead and paid the initial charge. The next stage took some time and the communication during this time was slow (hence 4 not 5 stars). Our review was successful and we received a good rebate dating back 5 years.
