Trim asked for personal details and then I had a phone call from Roger Compton, the prescriber, to ensure that I was suitable for the weight loss programme. I have a personalised plan and am not just left to my own devices. A very supportive team.

They dont tell you its a subscription, money was taken out of my account the following month.

We’d like to confirm that in our WhatsApp chat logs, you did acknowledge that you were aware the service operates as a medication subscription. This is also communicated at multiple points of sale to ensure transparency before any order is placed, including:
1. On the product page, where the treatment is clearly described as a recurring prescription service
2. During the online medical assessment, which explains ongoing supply and review
3. At checkout, where the subscription model is explicitly stated before payment
4. In follow-up communications from our Pharmacy team, including SMS notifications and emails

As soon as you contacted us to say you no longer wanted to continue with injections, we resolved this promptly, stopped future treatment, and ensured no further medication was issued.

Now that the issue has been successfully resolved and you confirmed you were happy with the outcome, we’d kindly ask if you would consider updating this review to reflect the resolution and your experience with our Pharmacy team and prescribed weight loss medication.

Really supportive

Really supportive, initial engagement. Unfortunately, too expensive after initial discounts. App did not always work- so the expectation of tracking and tailoring was not met.

Weight loss with great advice.

Fantastic consultation.very helpfully and gave very good advice and info and aftercare is superb.overall lost weight in first week.snacking is no longer an issue as I don't feel like eating anything other than light breakfast.light lunch and small dinner.all packed with protein.

Amazing experience

From the first conversation I was put at ease , it gave me confidence going forward. There is not rushing to move through the dosage you move as fast as you feel ready for .

They are honest and transparent

They are honest and transparent. Quick service. I was worried that they would increase the price of my prescription before the 1st of September as some suppliers were doing so but they kept to their word and even gave me a discount.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Cancelled my order when without my consent. I only asked to cancel subscription going forwards. Questioned why and got no response at all. Worst performance out of all online suppliers I have used. Also 2 weeks for a consultation so waited almost this long and revived nothing. Also not very clear it's a subscription service

We are always seeking to improve with positive criticism. However, we do want to acknowledge a few inconsistencies in your review.

You mentioned that you did not know this was a subscription, yet also stated that you had asked to cancel your subscription going forward. This naturally suggests you were aware of the subscription at the time you requested a cancellation. Additionally, you asked for the subscription to be cancelled, but also expressed that you did not want your order cancelled — which makes it difficult for our team to act without risking doing the opposite of what you want.

That said, we completely understand that price changes have caused stress and panic buying in many cases, which created longer than normal wait times. We have been working tirelessly to provide care & support for our customers on a 1:1 basis as we always do, albeit with slightly delayed response times.

We are sorry if our communication didn’t provide you with the clarity or reassurance you needed. Our intention is never to cause frustration, and we are constantly working on improving both transparency and response times. We take your experience seriously, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure that clearer messaging and faster communication are always provided. Trim have been very helpful from start…
