I have been using Trim for the last 7 months and my experience has been fantastic. Not only I got the weight loss results I needed but also the service from the Trim team has been exceptional. Always available to answer any questions I had and resolve any issues that come up. Their prices also seem to be competitive comparing to some other pharmacies I checked plus they offer helpful discounts if you stay with them throughout the course of you treatment, and referral bonuses too. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start their weight loss journey.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback — we really do understand how frustrating the cost aspect can feel. On 1st September, Lilly (manufacturer) increased the cost for Pharmacies to purchase. We’ve actively reviewed our pricing and reduced our costs wherever possible to make treatment as cost-effective as we can for our patients. Unfortunately, the pricing of prescribed weight loss medication itself is controlled by the manufacturer, which sits outside of our direct control.
That said, we truly hope your experience with our Pharmacy team, customer support, and overall service has been positive. If you feel supported, informed, and well cared for, we’d really appreciate your rating reflecting the service and care you’ve received, even if the medicine cost itself remains a challenge.
